I give this a good rating because it's red wine. That is all.

........like death.
Well, a cap of Listerine swished around in your mouth will pretty much peel a layer of skin off the inside of your mouth, so you'll be good to go. Don't worry about bacteria or germs or bad breath anymore. Listerine basically erases everything that you've ever had in your mouth for the last 10 years so you'll be good to go. Seriously.
Also good to carry a small size in your purse so if you're planning on making out with the hottest guy ever and have just happened to eat raw garlic, you can dash into the bathroom and freshen your breath without having to worry about making said boy's eyeballs melt when you open your mouth.
Highly recommended for every day use too.

This summer I looked high and low to find a decent golfing skirt/skort.
I ended up buying a couple from Reebok, Nike and Adidas, but the problem I had with those brands were that on the shorts under the flirty skirt top, there was no grip on the tights. So much of the time, the shorts would end up riding up and annoying me as I walked around on the golf course.
I ended up at Lululemon and came across this skirt....they have a few different types of skirts/skorts but this one was my favourite because it allowed for maximum hip range of motion because of the fabric - it's like tights material - unlike some of the other fabrics which were more restrictive and didn't feel like they had lycra in them.
Yeah....like that's all I need when I'm on the golf course......bending over to pick up a ball and tearing the skort.
Anyway - this skirt was cute, flirty, great for girls with curves, got me some serious compliments and I also ended up wearing it for tennis and yoga as well. Plus it has the gel stickies on the inside of the shorts so they don't ride up.
Good investment, fitness junkies.

I have big boobs. And I workout. A lot.
If there is ONE thing that I CANNOT stand when I'm in beastmode at the gym is having my puppies whipping back and forth or not feeling like they're secure.
I have been trying sports bras for what seems like an ETERNITY. All flavours, sizes, colours, brands, styles and price points.
I am happy to announce that I have FINALLY found THE sports bra of ALL sports BRAS.
Bestform Bras kick all other sports bras to the curb. Seriously.
If you have a big rack like me, trust me, this bra rocks the house. I'm doing plyo jump squats and my boobs stay in place. I'm doing sprints and my boobs stay in place. I'm skipping rope and my boobs stay in place. My boobs are now staying in place and not whipping back and forth like Willow Smith's hair.
Thank you baby Jesus for helping me find this bra.
PS. ANDDDDDDDDddddddddd it's under 20 bucks. It doesn't get any better, ladies.

When it's mid January and I'm cursing winter and my dry skin....I reach for the Glysomed. It isn't hoity toity or VIP at all....but it works. One of those products you MUST have in your beauty tote.

This movie turned me off of the Golden Arches forever. Totally grossed me out but so important to watch to understand how this kind of food impacts our biology.

I've worked my way up to putting this on my face.....it's got the highest allowable amount of glycolic acid (in Canadian markets) and it took me some weeks to be able to get used to it.
Now that I use this on my face, I can't use anything else.
It doesn't smell good nor does it taste good either. But I swear, it reduces crow's feet and little wrinkles around the nose and lips.
Neostrata in general is my favourite facial product for creams and lotions. No gimmicks, just pure skincare.

If you're looking for an "extra" yoga stretch, then I'd highly recommend Aerial Yoga. The gym that I have offers it and I've seen various spots pop up in and around the city.
It's like a combination of silks from Circus/Acrobatic school intense yoga swinging on the trapeze. Channel your inner Cirque du Soleil performer, girls!
As far as the workout itself, it is a very intense workout.....you'll get a deeper stretch than regular yoga because of the added gravity when hanging from the silks, so definitely bigger openings and deeper stretching in areas like hip flexors and pecs. And you'll gain HUGE upper strength because you're pulling your body up for pretty much the entire workout. This workout is all strength and upper body - which most women really need to work on anyway because we already have natural strength in our legs. Also, this workout is FUN. It's something different and you're so busy trying to figure out how to do the moves that time totally passes really quickly.
A few things I'd recommend:
- make sure you get into a small class with a very knowledgeable instructor so you can get a lot of one on one training (the class I'm in has max 8 participants)
- don't stress if you don't get the moves....I had fun just swinging around off the floor.
- the only drawback that I had personally was the fact that I got dizzy when doing inversions (remember the silks aren't attached so they swing a bit) but after a few classes I got used to this

Before I fill my brows in with my brow brush and brow colour (yes ladies, this makes a HUGE overall difference in how your brows look and the shape of your brows) I like to smear a little bit of this product on my brows. It tames them down and secures them into place.
Some women I know use hairgel (ew) but that dries and goes crusty. Other women I know use standard Vaseline, which I suppose could be similar but I personally think it feels too greasy.
The woman who does my brows also suggested smearing a bit on before bed in a nightly routine to help when you're growing your brows in and it will help tame the brows and get them to grow in the way/direction you want them to.
Love it!
