I was given this product to test out and I was skeptical. Most drugstore brand mascaras I find pretty basic and not worth buying the expensive brands. But the coverage is nice, thin and your lashes do literally bounce and curl up to open your eyes up more. I was impressed and would purchase in the future but I still prefer my oil based mascaras the wipe offor easy at the end of the day. But I do recommend it to others wanting the wide eyed, big curl look. -

So a lot of people use this shampoo to combat brassy tones in blond shades etc. But I recently purchased this because I changed my hair to a dark blue with vibrant peekaboo and the epic amount of chlorine in my city water was making it go greenish (yuk!). After reading tons of reviews and knowing Avedas reputation I decided to try it. First, it smells so nice and natural. Ito also has a strong blue/violent tone that lathers up and doesn't stain your shower or tub. I don't think I have ever had a colour protectant shampoo that deep cleans my oily roots as much as this one. It felt so onto squeaky clean after I rinsed without drying my scalp or hair out. My hair feels so soft and the green tones are definitely improving until I re-dye it. It's a pricey product but you're paying for natural, high grade ingredients for the best treatment. Plus if you order online you get a bunch of samples. Also love how much the company tends to being eco and animal friendly. Very happy.. -

So I took the plunge and decided to invest in an at home laser hair removal system because we started selling them at my job and I couldn't with good conscience recommend them to customers without know for sure how well it works etc. First off, I inherited my families European hairyness that I have hated dealing with forever. So I have been dying to get lazering done for a long while but could never afford the pro treatments. It's really easy to use and comes with a bunch of different plug ins for where ever you life and a booklet, cd tutorial. You have to shave your hair off first or it doesn't work and you will smell burning hair lol. You turn it on and it makes a light blowing noise with three different settings. The first setting you can barely feel on my hardy legs so I was able to turn it all the way up to the third strongest setting. However, I would recommend the lowest for everywhere else as you can feel a bit of a zap on the sensitive areas. You just press the device to the skin, wait til it lights up and pull the trigger. Then move onto the next area, wait til the lighting (loaded for the next zap) and go again. The higher the setting the longer it takes to light up for the next application. You do this every two week because your hair goes into different growth cycles for each follicle etc. I am at my fourth treatment (mostly on the highest setting) and my legs are already way less hairy and have bald patches! I can't wait to be hair free by this summer and not have to shave every......single.....damn......day. It has been a really great investment and can't wait to recommend to others. :) -

I find this to be a fantastic shampoo because I find a lot of colour protective shampoos leave build up on my scalp. But this one really deep squeaky cleans and although you see a lot of tint going down the drain my hair color still remains vibrant! I also really love that their line is parade free and vegan. I recommend this shampoo if you colour your hair but still have a very oily scalp etc. It does the job great and the only reat on I plan to switch is because my city water is highly chlorinated and turning my colour brassy. Otherwise I would definitely stick to this one... -

Generally I prefer to stick to professional products because they're higher quality, effective and controllable. But when I was doing a dramatic hair colour change I unfortunately ran out of my favourite product and had to run to Sally's and pick up some dye. I bought the best matching shade and got two just in case. The price is good but I found the texture extremely thick to try to work through the hair and had to use two tubes just to get into a third of my hair density. I left it on a long while to allow the most penetration but it hardly deposited into my pre-lightened hair. It tinted it enough to blend the hair and be able to leave the house. And if you get great results with your experience then good for you especially if you have no access to pro products. I get why they are popular with their brilliant colours but for now on I will just make sure I have a ton of my regular product in the future :) -

I have very oily skin so I very much need a matte setting spray to keep all my makeup from greasing off. I have been using the well known urban decay one and loved it. But using it daily was a little much on my on my wallet. So I thought I would check out the more affordable NYX version a try. So far it's done just as well as the UD version. But it is winter time so my skin isn't too oily these days. The only thing is I find I have to spray more product for it to work and the bottle is a smaller amount. So all in all I'm not sure I'm saving that much money in the scheme of things. But the test will definitely be in the warmer seasons. For now I'll stick to the NYX just to savensure a little cash..All in all its not too shabby compared to the more expensive brands. -

I have been wanting a good eye primer for a while but I've found so many either too watery, useless or too thick and heavy that gunked up in my crease. So I decided to try this one since I'm loving cover so much lately anyways. And I love it! It is a perfect texture that smoothes out all my pores, lines around my eye and tones down my under eye circles a bit too. You hardly need any product, it blends beautifully and dries quickly for immediate shadow application. I don't think my shadows have stayed on and lasted this well before. I will definitely re-purchase in the future.. -

I don't like to wear full on foundation except for concealer and a matte powder because my skin reacts easily to anything with acne. So I decided to try this blemish related concealer since cover is normally such a reliable brand. First off, the colour matched my super pale skin perfectly with the pink undertones. It also goes on soft, smooth and blends very easily. You don't need a lot of product to conceal your acne spots and it's treats exactly like it says without drying out your skin. A new must in y makeup bag now. -
Great setting powder, it blends softly all over and actually stays on all day. You don't have to use a ton over and over like a lot of one's on the market. I also like how it doesn't have a ton of junky ingredients like talc etc or clog up my pores... +

This stuff is absolutely awesome if you hate dealing with regular clay litter that is dusty and can be unhealthy to your critters. It's 100% natural so you don't have to feel so crappy adding it to the landfills and it clumps extremely well for easy clean up. One of the points that really does it for me is that it neutralizes the high ammonia smell so nicely if you have to keep your litter box in close proximity to your living space. I am never using using the cheap clay kind ever again..And FYI I've found it cheapest at PetSmart stores ;) -
