Received a sample and liked the ingredients, surprised it was to be mixed only with water so I dissolved it in water and added milk. Tasted great! I recommend it for people who are looking for easy ways to add protein to your diet. If I’m going to go through the hassle of cleaning powder residue from the inside of my thermos, I am going to use powder that has more diversity in supplements. Great for what it is meant for though! -

The lotion is really good for dry skin. I like the way it feels going on and the way my skin is hydrated for hours afterwards. However my dog won’t come near me until the smell has disappeared. The first time I used the lotion I didn’t realize it was the scent my dog was reacting to and I petted her to try and reassure her. She jumped onto my MIL’s lap who asked, what did you put on her, she stinks?
Great lotion except for the scent. If I didn’t have a dog or a MIL I would have given it 5*

I added a package to ricotta cheese with a splash of lemon juice, stirred it up and topped with fresh raspberries....it was so good I kept making more with frozen berries until I ran out of ricotta. -

Ever since a friend died of cancer when we were teens, I have tried to use natural products, but sometimes natural products are not affordable or as effective. This works well, but we will have to wait and see if I need to go back to an antiperspirant in the heat of the summer. But until then, this is my new favourite as salt and a natural deodorant spray I use sting after I shave. -

Dove Powder Anti-Perspirant Stick
I love the Dove Brand and bought a few on sale. I like the way it smells and feels...but it doesn’t cover my smell on a hot and sweaty day. So I use them up in the winter.
