When these go on sale at my local grocery store I cant help but buy one or two of almost every flavour. My favourite is the White Chocolate and the Magnum flavour, while my husband prefers Triple Chocolate and Chocolate Peanut butter. There are only three in a box and they are pricey when not on sale. However, they are quite the treat in the hot summer and on a lazy rainy day. What can I say....diets need cheats sometimes. -

I have three down duvets (one for summer, one for winter, one for the extra bedroom). This silk duvet is light and keeps both my husband and I at the perfect temperature. I am always hot and opening windows etc....He is always cold and closing the windows and doors I open. This is the first duvet that we both get the perfect sleep. I recommend everyone having this perfect natural material. Silk has been valued for ever and now I know why. It is a natural silk like a raw silk and is so pretty on the bed. I cant wait to buy one for my daughter and niece for her wedding. -

I bought my first set of Bamboo sheets one year ago and now own three sets. As soon as I see them on the home shopping channel I will order a set for my daughter and for my nieces upcoming wedding., I also have king size bamboo pillows and have never slept so well. I have extreme insomnia and am looking for a new mattress soon that I hope will help with my sleep instead of using pills. If you have the opportunity to buy a set of sheets you wont regret a penny spent. -

La Paz Mexico

We recently took a vacation to Mexico in April. We thought we would go to Cabo as we had heard it was so great. We learned that it was just bars and t shirt stores. There were no beaches available to swim at as it was on the Pacific. After 7 expensive nites (10 dollars American for a beer) and 4 nites in San Jose del Cabo we finally got to La Paz with low expectations. How wrong we were. During November to April you can swim with Whale Sharks and Sea lIons. The Bay of Cortez is the aquarium of the world.. They will offer you trips for 490 dollars American to do these trips, but just walk to the pier, talk to a local and you will get the same trip with only 6 people instead of up to 50 and it will cost you 60 dollars!!! As it is not a tourist place, most don't do there. No one will bother you to buy stuff, at night everyone goes to the Malecon as it I cooler at nite and they will eat and drink, bike, roller blade. etc. We stayed right in the heart of town where we could walk five minutes to a beach. We rented a car and visited only two of the 5 beaches within a 30 minute or less drive. The traffic and drivers are patient and curtious.. I used to visit Cuba every year and somewhere else for our second vacation, but La Paz is now my favourite place and am looking forward to going back in November to swim with the sharks again. -
