Patches have been used on a 13yr old who has relatively sensitive skin and is a misquote magnet. There was no irritation from the patches which was great. As the patch didn't completely take the itch away it reduced it. I feel the best thing with these Patches and would be probably one of the main reasons I would buy them is they reduced the swelling from the bites.    -
