This protein bar contains 230 calories, 15 grams of protein, and 7 grams of fibre. It is quite moist with plenty of tiny chocolate chips on the top of the bar, which definitely enhances the taste of this protein bar.
I wish that it had chunks of peanuts throughout the bar and more of a prominent peanut taste. Those two improvements would be something that would certainly please me!

I was lucky enough to find this pineapple coconut protein bar on sale at Shopper's Drug Mart for $1.44 which I believe is approximately two dollars off the regular price.
When you open up the wrapper, you will notice that there is shredded coconut on the top of the protein bar but none on the inside. There is a slight bitter taste from the fermented Greek yogurt. Neither the taste of coconut, or pineapple are very prominent.
I was a bit disappointed because I thought that perhaps there may have been chunks of dried pineapple throughout this protein bar. I was happy that there is 15 grams of protein and 13 grams of fibre. I was surprised that this bar contains 8 grams of sugar because it certainly does not taste like it.

This protein bar is moist when you bite into it, unlike certain other protein bars currently on the market. I love the fact that it is manufactured here in Canada. There is a good amount of chopped almond pieces in every mouthful. It contains 14 grams of protein and 8 grams of fibre. It is a bit on the expensive side ($3.49) but it is certainly a good quality vegan protein bar. In addition, if you don't love it, you get your money back. -

I purchased this whey protein isolate protein powder mainly because it comes with a money back guarantee. I usually mix it with cold bottled water, and sometimes have to shake it a few times while I am sipping on it in order to avoid getting little chunks. I find that it does not have a strong chocolate taste. I have tried adding a packet of artificial sweetener and it has helped to make this protein powder better tasting. This morning I mixed this chocolate whey protein isolate with a packet of instant French vanilla coffee and it resulted in a delicious cold coffee.

I was a bit disappointed with the taste of this protein bar, as to me personally, it did not taste much like chocolate, or peanut butter. When I first bit into it, I found this protein bar to taste bitter. Secondly, I did not really care for the crispiness either. I much prefer a protein bar that is moist, rather than crispy.
I did like that this protein bar contains 15 grams of protein, 150 calories, 7 grams of fibre, and 1 gram of sugar. In addition, it is made here in Canada.

This is my favourite protein bar that I have tried so far. It contains 190 calories, 2 grams of sugar, and 9 grams of protein. As soon as you unwrap the package, you can smell the deliciousness of this protein bar. It is covered with a thin layer of chocolate and it is so light and moist that it will melt in your mouth. The flavour is enhanced if you put it into the freezer. It tastes as if you are having a chocolate bar, instead of a protein bar.
I am happy that this product is manufactured in Canada. I do wish that this protein bar contained more protein and was bigger and cheaper for the price.

Unfortunately, this protein bar is very hard to bite into and I could barely taste the coconut. The one point that really turned me off this protein bar is the fishy aftertaste. I am not planning on buying this bar again. -

I have heard such good comments about this protein bar, however I really can not say that I agree. When you open up the wrapper, this protein bar looks so delicious with the layer of coating and sprinkles, but it was not. I found it very hard to chew and it tasted nothing like a piece of vanilla birthday cake. The sprinkles were not crunchy and tasted very fake. The only saving grace is that this protein bar contains 21 grams of protein. -

I placed it into the freezer for about a couple of hours and it tasted pretty good with just the right amount of sweetness. I love the fact that it contains 20 grams of protein. I even sampled the chocolate flavor by placing it in my morning coffee. We had run out of cream in the staffroom, and again my co-worker had a container to donate for the cause. I thought that I was probably not going to like them, however I was so pleased with these protein bars, and found them to be so reasonably priced. There is no artificial, chalky taste, like many other protein bars currently on the market. They contain three grams of sugar, twenty one grams of protein, and one hundred eighty calories. These protein bars have a rich chocolate flavor, a fudgy texture, and are soft and chewy. -
