I sometimes eat these when it has been a busy morning and I need a quick, nutritcious snack. They are filling and will keep you going until your next meal. It contains pieces of coconut that were just the right amount. I would have liked it having a few more chocolate chips. It is not overly sweet and it is made with seventy percent organic ingredients. I bought a few different flavours as they were on sale at Sobeys for under a dollar. -

I believe this is the best almond milk on the market currently. It is made from almonds that were grown from Blue Diamond Growers, in California. I have tried a package of the almonds that they manufacture and they are absolutely delicious, hence great-tasting almond milk. It is an excellent source of calcium, vitamin D, and B12. As a woman ages, it is important to keep our bones healthy, so for me I feel good drinking this. It also comes in chocolate flavour, which is as delicious as chocolate milk, but has fewer calories. -

I decided to purchase this shampoo because it was on the half price shelf at Fortinos. I tend to get frizzy hair when it rains outdoors, and sometimes when it is extremely humid. This shampoo has a very pleasant fragrance. I find when I use this shampoo, I can often skip conditioning my hair, as it leaves my hair feeling very soft and silky. Also, my hair looks very shiny and healthy after using this shampoo. I would recommend using it, although the price is a bit expensive when it is at regular price. -

I am not a huge fan of regular Aero bars but I thought that I would give it a try. I was disappointed because I was expecting it to be filled with much more chocolate mousse. That being said, I would have to say that it is far more superior than the regular Aero bar. In addition, I think for the price ($2.29) the bar should have been larger. For me personally, I would prefer a chocolate bar with fancy nuts for that price (maccadamia, almonds, pecans, cashews, etc.) -

I was a bit skeptical using this laundry detergent to wash my white clothes because typically I would wash whites using either hot or warm water. I was pleasantly surprised that it did a fabulous job delivering the exact same results as if I had used a hot water wash. I find the scent of this laundry detergent very appealing, not overly strong. It can be used with an HE washing machine which is the kind of machine that I currently own. -

This is my favorite toothpaste under the Crest brand. I am prone to gingivitis so I decided to give this toothpaste a try. Firstly, it has a mild minty taste which I do find appealing because I dislike very strong tasting mint toothpaste. Secondly, it leaves your whole mouth feeling tingly and so clean. The package boosts that it helps to prevent gingivitis, freshens your breath, whitens your teeth, prevents plaque and tartar, and finally helps with teeth sensitivity. I have found that this toothpaste delivered results in all those areas! -

I love that once the lip ointment is applied, it sinks into your lips very quickly. Since it is medicated, it will aid in the prevention of cracked and extremely dry lips. I suggest that you try this product if you are prone to cold sores. -

This hand soap is very inexpensive, I usually stock up when it is on sale for a dollar. I have eczema and I find this soap gentle enough that it won't cause a flareup. You don't need to use much to get your hands to be lathered up enough to clean them thoroughly. I do find the fragrance of the soap very appealing. I would certainly buy this hand soap again. -
