I purchased this eyeshadow palette quite a while ago but recently started to use it. There is a guide on the back of the palette that gives tips on how to achieve three different looks. I have been using this eyeshadow for over a month now, and I just noticed these tips. I enjoy that there is very little fallout with these bold eyeshadow colours. There are eight shades in this palette, seven of which are shimmering and one blue shade which is the only matte eyeshadow. I have found that these eyeshadows last for over twelve hours without having to use a primer. The application of these eyeshadows is effortless, as this palette is highly pigmented and apply like butter. For me personally, I have used each and every eyeshadow shade in this palette. -

I received a generous sample of this serum and I can tell you that I absolutely love it. You apply this serum using a dropper so you can control the amount that is being dispensed. It is a very clear fragrance-free serum that contains 1.5% of hyaluronic acid. My skin has been craving this product as it has been so dry this winter. Almost immediately after I applied it to my entire face, it was absorbed and my face felt so moisturized, and I could see a natural glow. I love how this serum is non-greasy and so lightweight, without feeling thick and sticky. I would highly recommend this serum as it did not irritate my sensitive skin. -

I have been having dry hair that easily tangles due to menopause. I saw these Pantene Intense Rescue Shots at my local Sobeys for half price. They are to be used immediately after you shampoo and condition your hair. It states to wait for sixty seconds before you wash off, but I waited an extra minute for more of a treatment on my dry hair. I really find the fragrance of these shots pleasant. I did notice that after using the entire box (3) of these Pro-V Intense Rescue Shots that my hair appears much shinier, softer, and healthier. The only critique that I have is that I wish that there was double the product contained in the shots because I do not find it enough to use on your whole head, unless you want to focus only on split ends. -

I heard so many positive comments about this lip product so of course I had to try it out for myself. I was not entirely happy with this two step lipcolour. The bottom matte lip colour is not as vibrant as it looks in the package. When I actually applied it to my lips, it was a much lighter colour. In addition, the matte lip stain felt gloppy and sticky and quite dry after I applied it. On the package it advises to wait for sixty seconds before applying the top coat glossy moisturizer, however I would suggest waiting for two or three minutes to ensure enough time for the lip colour to dry.
I was a bit disappointed with this lip product because it did not last nearly as long as other lip products currently on the market that I have tried in the past. I found that the colour fades as well as the matte lip colour does transfer to your coffee cup afterwards. Lastly, it comes off when eating and does not last the time that it claims to on the package.

In my opinion, it removes a bit too easily with just some warm water. If that is what you desire in a waterproof mascara, then you will be very satisfied. Most days I have found that it flakes, especially when you are wearing a mask all day long. I definitely love the brush applicator and how it grabs onto each and every lash and adds tons of length and volume. -

i purchased the Rimmel Magnif'Eyee Contouring Palette in the colour electric violet. This palette comes with three matte shades and the other nine colours are all shimmery. There is not one colour in the palette that I have not used. All the colours compliment each other perfectly, and are highly pigmented. There is absolutely no fallout when you apply these eyeshadows. I was was happy that the shades do not fade, nor crease for an entire twelve hours. I got this palette for half price at my local Shoppers Drug Mart, which was an added bonus. -

I was lucky enough to find this Neutrogena Hydrating Serum for half price at my local Sobeys. It does have a very light, yet fresh smell that I very much enjoy. I love how this serum made my face glow after I applied it to my entire face. It contains a silky, light texture that will not leave your skin feeling in the least bit greasy. This serum absorbs quickly and will leave your face hydrated and nourished for quite a few hours. You can definitely use this serum as a base before you apply your foundation. The one downfall that I find about this serum is that you must apply quite a bit when using this during the winter months. It may be just my skin that is extra thirsty during the winter and requires quite a lot of this serum. -

I love how this liquid eyeliner stays put the entire day without budging. It is a breeze to apply this eyeliner with it's chiseled pen tip, as you can create bold and very thin lines. -

I always purchase mascara in waterproof as I have very sensitive eyes that water easily. I really like the brush on this tube of mascara as it grabs all your lashes. You will need to apply more than coat if you want to see long, thick lashes. If you apply three coats, you will definitely achieve a "false eyelash effect" Although this mascara is waterproof, it will come off easily with eye makeup remover formulated for waterproof cosmetics. The only critique I have of this mascara, is that when the tube gets old, the formula gets a bit clumpy. -
