I bought these to help to eat better. The super food bowls are amazing and they are filling and help me to eat better as a vegetarian. The smoothie are great and I love that I can take them to go! Everything is gluten free, which is amazing and you can add whatever milk you like to the smoothies. I have been a customer for three months now and am planning on staying one for longer. I am very pleased with the products and size.    -
