I quite enjoy this flavour of spread on my breakfast bagel, alongside my morning coffee. The flavour isn't overbearing. I do wish coupons were available for it, more often.

PAM® Coconut Oil Cooking Spray
I bought 2 cans of this product, on sale. The nozzles on them Must have been defective because after only a few uses, I was unable to get any spray to come out of the van, despite feeling that the can was almost full.

This is, by far, better than cling film. It sticks to the item, not itself. It's perfect for creating an airtight/spillproif seal. It can be used on its own, to create a self containing storage, to wrap up and keep vegetables fresher, longer.
