I move frequently for my job as a travel nurse, and I found this company impossible to work with. They don't notify you when an order is about to be placed or when something is sent, like every other food subscription service. I had no idea that on an old credit card, it just kept billing me and sending $140-something boxes of smoothies to an old address. Apparently it is just policy to send any notifications or receipts, they just hope you are too busy to notice right away. Apparently they do have tracking, but it's not sent to you and you're not allowed to see it. They also make it difficult to cancel. Unlike every other company (which I've never had anything like this happen, they did nothing to help me in this situation. It's just one of those expensive services that doesn't offer much but hopes you'll be trapped into it. The smoothies are also not great, they are mediocre. The consistency is just not great when everything is frozen (as opposed to a combination when you make it yourself), the taste for most of them was not very great, and you really don't get much of a smoothie for the amount you're paying per item. It's literally the same price, possibly more expensive, to just have someone else make you a nice smoothie.
In summary, this company has a meh product (you could make a better smoothie yourself...and it's not like you don't still have to make it and buy additional products to make it... it's not an end product) and shitty customer service.
