I think a lot about the self-waxing experience is based on how well you have mastered the technique. It can be quite a learning curve with the hot wax but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. Make sure you haven't showered right before, put on baby powder, spread the wax in the opposite direction of the hair growth, make sure you put a thick layer of the wax on, let it dry until it's no longer hot, then rip it off in one chunk. Make sure to blow on the wax a few times before applying it on your skin, otherwise you'll burn yourself! I learned this the hard way. Repeat the process if there are any stray hairs, and then apply the azulene oil included in the package. I have used this for both pits and Brazilians and get great results every time. I highly recommend Parissa hot wax. And definitely will be buying. -
