I received this Nivea lotion from Chickadvisor for free to test and review. I have tried what feels like a million different kinds of body lotion so it's not very often that one stands out much more than the others.
I noticed the scent of this lotion first, its fragrant without being too much. Than I found I liked the consistency of this lotion, it wasn't too thick so it was quite easy to apply an even layer to my legs, arms, etc.
The true test to me with any lotion is to wait a few minutes after the lotion is dry on the skin and see how it leaves my skin feeling. I found this lotion to leave the skin soft without any oily or greasy feeling, it was actually quite soft and smooth.
This lotion dries quite quickly which is great for the mornings when I'm in a rush after a shower. I felt that my soft skin lasted the majority of the day which is really good. Overall I am very pleased with how good this lotion from Nivea is and it's now my daily go to for soft skin.

I received this for free from Chickadvisor to test and review. I'm always a little weary when it comes to applying any kind of oil to my skin because I have found in the past that the majority of these products leave too much oily build up and are actually more annoying than beneficial.
My favorite way of applying this particular oil was to do so immediately after a shower as I find that it applies easier to the skin. I started by using this on my entire legs and tummy area. I found that there is going to be product left on the skin even after it "dries in" because it's an oil, it will never completely go away which I was surprisingly not bothered by.
This made my skin look very hydrated with a nice glow which also enhanced my tan to make it appear darker, bonus! I'm not sure how much this has done to firm my skin maybe after extended use I will see a more noticeable change but for now I'm loving how soft this has made my skin overall. I will defiantly continue using this oil especially now that the summer months are almost here.

I had heard so many things about these inflatable loungers online and from friends so I was quite excited to try one for myself. I found this one on Amazon.ca and it cost $29.99. I tried to inflate this outside for quite a while and it's not easy unless you have steady big gusts of wind so it took me a while to get the hang of it.
Once filled with a decent amount of air you simply roll up the end to keep all the air inside and inflate it. This lounger ended up being a lot bigger and longer then I was expecting it to be and it's defiantly large enough for every member of the family to use individually. I got this for when we go to the beach and also for camping which should be great so I can't wait for the warmer months to come.

I have never owned a kite before but I have a 5 year old son who was wanting one really bad so I found this one on Amazon.ca for $26.99 and he loved the look of this octopus kite! We were amazed when we took this out of the storage bag at just how large it was. This was super easy to set up, simply attach the one string and away we went.
This went up in the air almost immediately and we both thought it looked very cool floating around up in the sky. My son absolutely loved this kite and was even able to fly it himself (once I got it up in the air) and it's now his new favorite thing to do. I have already recommended this kite to many friends and family. Beautiful kite!

I needed to get a new cat bed for my cat because during the day she loves to sleep under the bed and I didn't like seeing her asleep on the floor. I found this one on Amazon.ca for $13.87 which I thought was a fantastic price especially compared to other places.
This is very soft and I love that it is small enough that it can be machine washed. The flat piece of padding in the centre of the bed can be removed and the surrounding brim of the bed comes up a few inches past my cat and she loves to curl up and cuddle into it. This was available in 4 colors rose, blue, orange and coffee. (I also ordered the blue one for another cat) overall I have been very happy with this bed and pepper and Opie seem to like them even more.

I got these for my mom this past Mother's Day because she wears slippers daily and these are unlike any she has had in the past. To say she loved these slippers is a tremendous understatement, she has worn these everyday since receiving them and she even accidently wore them to pick up my little sister from school. These slippers are available in 3 colors pink, navy blue and grey.
She says they are extremely comfy and the really thick sole means they will last a lot longer than her normal thinner slippers. My mom has to wear footwear with good support or else she will get backpain and she has had none while wearing these.
I purchased these from Amazon.ca for $19.87 and I think that it's completely worth it considering how well made these are. I would defiantly order these again for myself.

I just purchased this console case for my niece who recently got the new Nintendo switch for her birthday. She's only 5 so I knew she would need somewhere safe to keep and store it in. She really loved this case and I liked that she was able to use this herself, taking the game out and putting it away.
This case fit the game nicely and it's very important that this case is a hard case so it will be able to hold up to being dropped or banged around the house by a young child. It's easy for her to carry this around herself because it has a handle, I purchased this case from Amazon.ca for $16.95 which was the best price point I found, so I would defiantly recommend it.

I've always had a food scale in my kitchen because I find that it helps me stay healthier by being able to have proper portions and therefore not overeating. My old scale stopped working all of a sudden so I searched Amazon.ca and found this one for $19.50 so I thought I would give it a shot.
I liked the round design of this scale compared to all the square ones I've had in the past and I also liked that the surface is hard plastic and can be easily cleaned. This takes a battery which is included and has multiple weight selections to choose from grams, pounds and ounces which is great. I found this scale very easy to use and it's also very accurate, great purchase!

I eat yogurt on a daily basis so when I go grocery shopping every week I often like to try out new products, just in case there's something I'm missing lol. I have seen this particular variety from Yoplait on several occasions and have been curious about it.
My last trip to Sobeys this was on sale for $3.99 which is a great price for a 12 pack of yogurt so I figured it was my time to try it. I didn't realize how much of a difference the variety of milk used made on the yogurt but I have found this yogurt to have a great creamy, light/airy texture that I love.
These are 100 calories per container which is higher than my regular 35 calorie variety but I'm guessing it has something to do with using whole milk, but it isn't that big of a deal because I really have enjoyed this yogurt. This pack of yogurt comes with 4 flavours strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and peach, I will defiantly purchase these again especially if they are on sale.

I recently purchased the Fitbit flex which I'm completely obsessed with, just ask my family lol and I wanted additional bands to switch up the look. My Fitbit only came with one pink band and I really liked how these were slightly different than the regular flex band.
These have a different strap and closure which takes a minute to get used to because it's a little tricky to adjust the size while wearing it and using one hand but I did get the hang of it. I purchased these 3 bands from Amazon.ca for only $9.99 which I think is a fantastic price.
The colors were true to the display pictures and I was really happy about that because that's not always the case. The Fitbit tracker fit into these bands easily but securely at the same time, I have no worries that it would come loose. I will order more of these bands for sure in the future, I love these!
