I am definitely not a fan of having my hair cut.. I was the person who got it cut once a year and dreaded every moment of it. Recently, I had been looking for a hair salon downtown toronto as I was not very happy with the lady I currently had. I was referred to Qi by a girl in one of my classes and after reading the reviews online decided to book an appointment. I have now just had my second appointment in 5 months and am very confident with the service that Krysten had provided me. Not only does she have a lot of knowledge and takes the time to explain what she is doing and what she suggests but listens to what you want and actually follows through. She also went out of her way, staying extra time on a Friday night to ensure I had exactly what I wanted and was happy!! I am now confident when I go to get my hair cut and am looking forward to it as opposed to before when I was dreading it ! My mum is moving downtown next year and when she is looking for a new hair dresser I will definitely recommend her, and anyone else to Krysten and Qi Salon.    -
