I actually have applied it over my foundation and under. To give an extra boost so as to really hide my tired eyes. I feel and look fresh with this product. It has a really neat applicator sponge and there are so many shades to choose from. Great for sensitive eyes. -

This is something I could use at night too because I do not like sleeping with greasy lotion. This is soft and dry at the same time. It works really well. -

They last pretty long but because this lipgloss is so compact it can be applied wherever you are because it fits in a purse nicely. -
