I love the crispy outer crust with the delicious fruit inside. Can you believe they are only 100 calories a pop. They taste like 300 calorie quality. I give these for snacks at school, or for when I am on the go to help decrease hunger. I definitely eat these instead of a chocolate bar or a cup cake because the sweetness factor seems just like the same, except without all of the fat and calories. Plus it is a really healthy choice. They are often on sale too, so when they are you can be sure I am the lady with my cart filled to the brim. Sometimes I get told I can only have a certain amount. So I just buy what i can leave, and come back for more. LOL -

The other colors in the collection are really nice too but I have smaller lips and darker colors just make it more pronounced that my lips are small. This is a really good quality lipstick and I swear, it feels as though it moisturizes my lips. -

I have mild asthma that can get very severe during the hay fever season and my lungs have a great deal of difficulty receivung oxygen, I am literally hungry for air. I eat these all day most days and they really help for me to get som oxygen, toe menthol really seems to open up the airways and allows me to breath and cough stuff up. If you can't handle the extra strength ones there are a variety of other flavors that are much milder and taste delicious. I like the cherry and lemon so much. This is a 5 star item in my books -

I am just one of those girls who cannot stay skinny when pregnant. the oil really gets absorbed into your skin and relieves itching and any dryness. I really believe in this stuff. My sister in law, who also, coincidentally does not have any stretch mark either, and has three children of her own. this is so good. it lets your skin stretch but because the skin is so healthy and saturated with this amazing liquid gold oil. I am in love with this stuff because it saved my body. Thank you Bio Oil! -

It has helped my babies with stuffy noses, easing coughs and croup. It is really good. If you only have regular vicks you can dilute it with vaseline and use that on baby too. -

I have personally used it on my stomach I had broken out because of the metal button on my jeans and this really worked to keep the itch at bay. You do need to keep reapplying though if u want continuous itch relief. -
