The website gives you all kinds of different uses for these. I usually buy like 10 bags at xmas time and go into a baking frenzy. My husband has been blessed with flat feet, lol and they have eased some of the pain. He finds he does not experience any foot pain when walking long distance. They are worth the 200 dollar price tag as these will also last season after season. -
