I use this every month to every 6 weeks. It is not too harsh on the hair since I am only depositing the color on my hair with a 10 percent volume peroxide. I use the natural Blonde shade and it gives such a nice shade. No yellow or gold tones, just very nice blonde. I have tried many different colors from the wella cream color and they have so many different shades to choose from and they are so much nicer and healthier than box color. the color really stays in the hair too, it doesn't rinse out quickly at all, and once you hit the sun it gets like a nice white blonde. I don't even have to rinse my hair in cold water or use sulfate free shampoo. It just lasts forever. -

I paid 10 dollars for this at the grocery store and I like that it is a nice light lotion and can be used under my foundation. it is not too heavy or greasy and makes your skin feel really nice. There is literally no smell to it, which is what i like for my face. Added fragrance just leads to dryness, breakouts and rashes. That is why it is great for those with sensitive skin. it dries to a matte finish. while still quenching the thirst of your skin. -

my husband purchases these soaps at walmart and I like the smell. It is very manly and I can smell it throughout the house whenever he is showering. He likes it and says it is better than body wash. I have used it too, just to try and it is a little strong smelling for me but it is very moisturizing and rinses off clean. my skin did not feel dry or tight. Probably because it is 1/4 moisturizing cream. It says on the box that it is #1 dermatologist brand. -

I got this on sale for 1 dollar at No Frills In Cornwall. It is so refreshing and I love that burn when I have had it in my mouth for 60 seconds and you can feel the cleanliness of your mouth for hours after using, it even makes some excess skin come off of the insid of my lips and cheeks and it is like a mouth rejuvenation treatment. I would even buy at regular price. It is a good mouthwash, it even kills germs. -

I have never worked out so hard in my life with a workout dvd, but this guy is amazing, there are all different categories depending what you want to work on be it abs, plyometrics, core strength exercises. He makes it so fun and is very encouraging to work out alongside him (even if he is just on dvd) I did this for about 3 months and I lost 30 pounds and I was still eating like a monster lol. The fact that there are so many different types of workouts available helps your body burn more calories. since your body does not get used to doing the same thing time after time. I feel like getting back into it again I only tried the first edition of P90x back in 2010. I still have it though, and I do intend on using it again. It does take a while to get used to such extreme workouts but once you do it gets a lot easier and of course, very rewarding -

I also like the way they are built and shaped, they really stay in my ears well even after an hour of jogging. I am glad that I have these and I really hope I never lose them because I bet they are expensive because they are really good quality. -

firstly, I really love the smell, its like going to a tropical place and tanning. I feel the rich lather, so I know my hair is getting really clean and When I rinsed and conditioned it got even better. My hair was so shiny and tamed, I had not a hair out of place. I did not have to flat iron my hair, it just stayed nice without even styling it. it is not one of those shampoos that build up in your hair as i had no waxy feel to it. I find it hard to find a shampoo these days that does not leave build up in your hair. So yes i will purchase again, I am adding this to the dozens of other shampoos that I like. I am like a collector of shampoos and conditioners. I feel like when I use a different shampoo and conditioner every day I have better hair days and never get build up. -

This is my all time favourite so far. I used to use revlon colorstay but since I am developing more fine lines and my pores seem more visible, I could no longer use. I really like the full coverage that I get and because it has moisturizing properties in this foundation. I put a little bit of primer on and I mix a little rimmel matte foundation with it to cut the oil and it completely hides my pores and minimizes my fine lines more than any other foundation i've ever used. The fact that there is SPF in this is also good because it protects from aging from the sun. I will never use another brand. I really love this stuff and what it does for my face. Oh and it does not clog pores and smells very nice as well. -
