Hey, I've used this product, it was actually one many of the girls at my cosmetology school used for women with severely damaged hair. It really is like an emergency conditioner, although you have to keep using it to benefit from its benefits. Nexxus is a really good name too. I bleach my hair "roots only" monthly and color too, so my hair is extremely damaged. This is a great product. I like that my hair felt soft and looked healthy again. not dry and stuck in its place. It has a really good smell and I just love how my hair feels after my showers -
