Q-tips Cotton Swabs
Q-tips are one of those things where you just need to buy the brand name. I have tried the no name brand and they can't compare. They fall apart, they are sharp and poke you, it's just not pleasant.

I received a free sample of this product in exchange for an honest review. I have heard so much about micellar water over the last few months, I was really excited to be able to give it a try. I decided it would be a good fit for my morning routine, where I typically just rinse my face with water and dry with a microfiber cloth. For something called "simple", I was a little disappointed that it had so many ingredients in it, many of which I couldn't pronounce. I've been using this for about a week now, and although it has been fine, I haven't really noticed anything special or better than just using the water. I would probably not buy this again, although I know some people swear by it. -

So I was looking forward to being able to try something that may work to cover both issues. I have been using this for about a week now, so although I cannot yet speak on its long term effectiveness I have really liked it so far. This winter my skin has been very dry, and I like that this is helping without breaking me out. It is moisturizing without being overly thick. Overall, I think I would get this again. -

I got a sample of this product for free in exchange for an honest review. Prior to this, I was using mineral oil and cotton pads as my makeup remover. I have sensitive skin, so I need to be careful with what I use on my face or it may break me out. I have only been using these for about a week now, so I cannot comment on it's long-term effectiveness yet. However, so far I am enjoying these very much. They are easy and simple, without any heavy fragrances. I find them effective at makeup removal, and I didn't find it left anything left on my skin. I'm not sure how much they cost in stores, but if they are a reasonable price, I think I would purchase these again in the future. I think I would save them for heavy makeup days, as I tend to only wear foundation on most days, and mineral oil is typically enough to remove it. -

Just like the shampoo, I think my favourite thing about this conditioner is the scent. I would never have guessed that a minty shampoo/conditioner would be something I would want - but I love it. It's really refreshing to wake up to this every day... +

It's really refreshing to wake up to this every day. My hair feels very moisturized, it is soft and shiny, and I have not had any flyaways since I started using these products. I like touching my hair and playing with it these days. My only complaint is how quickly the product goes! I don't feel like I'm using more of it than normal, but my conditioner bottle is almost empty while I've used maybe 1/5th of my shampoo bottle. Overall, I might buy this product again, but it probably wouldn't be my first choice with the other options available. -

I have definitely enjoyed trying out the Moisture Shampoo/Conditioner line. My hair feels great, and I haven't had any of those annoying flyaways that I am all too used to! I never knew I needed a shampoo that smelled minty until I tried this. It's a great way to wake up in the morning; my whole bathroom smells minty fresh. The only downside I can see is that the shampoo doesn't always lather the best. I've found the best way to go is to shampoo twice with smaller amounts. The lather works better the second time around. The shampoo is lasting a really long time despite this. Overall, I am a fan. Especially to see that it has no parabens, which means less gross stuff is ending up in my hair! Would buy again for those minty mornings. -

As a 29 year old woman, I have only recently gotten into wearing makeup on a daily basis. I started with the CoverGirl aqua concealer, and like it very much. I've never been quite sure of foundations. So, when I got this, I decided to try adding it to my small routine. And the difference it makes is incredible! After I wash & moisturise my face in the morning, I use my fingers to apply this all over my face. Then I wait a few minutes before applying the concealer. Adding this foundation to my routine means that my makeup stays in place for the whole day, which is great. It gives me pretty full coverage on its own. I have been struggling with acne-prone skin for several years now, and am just starting to get it under control. This means I have pretty sensitive skin, which is why I haven't used much makeup in the past- it's always made me break out. I've been using this foundation for over a week now, and no break outs! So far I have to say I am very impressed, I would definitely buy this again. -

I was really excited when I got to try this. It had a lot of literature, and it seemed to be full of really healthy, awesome things. The entire back of the product is a list of all the different vitamins and minerals it contains. I loved that it had the included scoop to portion. I brought it to work as a potential lunchtime meal-replacement. I hadn't read the instructions, so I just mixed two scoops with a couple of cups of water. Bad idea. Do not do this. I took two sips and then dumped it out. After reading the instructions, I was hopeful that I just had to try to mix it the correct way. I sometimes have fruit smoothies for dinner, so I mixed the two scoops with my fruit in the blender. Maybe I am using too much? The flavour is really overpowering and I could not finish this drink either. Overall, I was really excited for the concept, really unhappy with the execution. Too bad. -

Dark chocolate pecan with sea salt! It looked delicious. I saved it for yesterday when I had it as my mid-morning snack at work. I had put it in the fridge the night before because I like cold chocolate, but I had it on my desk for the morning so it wasn't too cold. It was a nice little snack to have while at my desk. The big chunks of chocolate made it stand out as very chocolatey. I didn't really notice the pecans or sea salt so much compared to the chocolate. Still, it was very tasty and a great energy boost for a slow work day. The only thing to note is that it was around 220 calories for the bar, which means this is definitely not an every day snack, and should maybe be eaten on days where you will be moving around a bit more!" -
