I have been doing this detox for years. It is excellent in helping your body shift towards being less bloated and relieves constipation. The food guide does assist in giving you positive suggestions of what to eat and what not.
In the past, this detox came fully equipped with a booklet that was highly informative and included recipes and detailed explanations about the detox. The price was roughly $30-35. I recently purchased this for 49.99 and all it came with was a photocopy sheet of the recommended foods. I felt this was very cheap and exuded the corporate greed mentality of "pay more for less". Would be great if they stuck to what consumers valued.
Would recommend the detox to friends and family.    -
