I received this product free for PR, which is probably why I can't seem to find English language pictures - it's so new.
This shampoo is awesome (used with the conditioner), I have been using it for a week now and my hair has experienced a huge transformation. The ends of my hair were pretty broken and my hair in general was pretty dry, but after a couple of washes with this product my hair was feeling softer (giving me that run your fingers through it feeling) and now after a week I can not believe how much healthier it looks.
I would recommend this product for any girls who have dry hair or who style their hair daily with flat irons, blow dryers or curling irons.

How could you not love Dove for creating something called a Beauty Bar? I love this soap, it smells lovely and it has significantly improved the feel of my skin. My skin is soft and smooth now; I don't go away for the night without my beauty bar.
P.s. the price is awesome for the way this stuff makes me feel

This is a great "toss it in your carry-on, or camping bag" product for when you are travelling and can't guarantee daily showers. It was a life saver for me this summer when I stayed at a cottage with no showers!
You can't treat this product like a shower replacement however, it's not THAT incredible. But giving your hair a quick all over spray in the morning with this stuff will leave you feeling fresh and a little more 'put together' for your day.

I was finally swayed by the commercials to try the proactive system. My final verdict on the whole system is that it works well and as advertised ... as long as you follow the directions exactly and you don't miss a day. For that reason the full cost was not worth it for me. However, I did fall in love with the Proactive Refining Mask. I am sure that little tube is filled with magic! All I have to do is dab it on those trouble spots or if I feel a pimple forming and in the morning the spot is visibly smaller, flatter and much easier to cover up.
I will definitely continue to buy this item.

My fiance and I visited Hoops this week for the World Junior game.
It was such a great atmosphere:
-Every seat had a clear view of a big flat screen TV
-Mini booths had personal screens built into the booth itself
-The walls are lined with sports memorabilia and logos
-The booths were super comfy
The place was packed with fans watching the Canada V US semi finals and every time a goal was scored the place would erupt with cheers. Even with all of this going on we received incredible service from the wait staff. Our waitress was attentive, on the ball, and friendly the entire time (as were the other staff who were almost running to make sure everyone was being satisfied).As for the menu the bar offers a 6 page book filled with something for everyone - salads, wings, burgers, pasta, even salmon for those looking for a healthier alternative.
The prices didn't break the bank either; we order appetizers, beer and main course for $60. I was so impressed with Hoops we will definitely return in the future.
Side note: We went to the one on Queen St.

Yesterday I received Covergirl's Lip Perfection Lipstick free for product review. I'm usually a little nervous to try brighter shades of lipstick but I feel so confident with this bright pink pout! I've got on the "delight" shade. Besides the great colour, this lipstick makes my lips feel smooth soft and protected from the cold winter outside. It's almost feel like lip balm. The only thing I wish is that it wouldn't leave a mark on my coffee cup. -

I've been watching the commercials for this perfecting base for at least a month now and debating with myself whether or not to dish out $12 - $17 for a little magic.
Well, last weekend I took the plunge and I bought L'Oreal Studio Secrets Magic Perfecting Base and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Although I don't believe that the cream produces any miracle I do think that it does a great job prepping your skin and smoothing out small blemishes making them easier to cover. I also think it did a great job setting my make up for the day. I think my make up stayed fresher longer.
I think the best thing about this product is the price. The cream produces similar results to some of the more expensive brands ($30 - $50). I will definitely buy this cream again.

Finally, a toothpaste that does what it promises. We all want to have bright white teeth and for a while I thought that the only solution was expensive white strips. I tried a number of different whitening tooth pastes by Colgate, Sensodyne and even Crest Vivid White but none of them made me feel like they lived up to their claims.
Although Crest 3D White won't give you the same extreme white as their strips the product will significantly brighten your smile and leave your mouth feeling fresh and polished. I drink a lot of coffee and I often feel like I'm compromising the colour of my teeth for the sake of caffeine, but after using Crest 3D white tooth paste I don't feel so bad about drinking my coffee because after I brush my teeth with this product I feel like they sparkle! 3D White gives me confidence to smile and show off my pearly whites! I've finished my search for the perfect toothpaste and I am not switching brands anytime soon.
