I loved this product because it started as a great oil and then transitioned to a milky cleanser. It was awesome and smelled amazing. I felt like it removed everything I needed to without stripping my skin.

I recently shopped the Hautelook.com sample sales and will NEVER visit the website again. Yes, they mostly have great items but the amount of time that I have been waiting for my purchase is not worth the discount on the item. Its been over a month and I have yet to receive my package. The shipping continues to be delayed. Customer service is full of poor and obtuse excuses. I would never recommend Hautelook to anyone unless you are willing to wait 6 to 8 weeks between ordering and receiving. At this point I would rather pay full price and not have to deal with the SLOWWWWW shipping and bad customer service. Ladies, do yourself a service and dont order. There are many other online sample sales sites that have great items AND great service. -
