I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of this bar. I usually don't like the taste of most protein/meal replacement bars but this tastes so good! I love chocolate so this was perfect for me! Very chocolatey! I would have this bar in the morning for breakfast before work and I found that I wasn't hungry until lunch time or later! As a meal replacement option I think this works great. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a tasty protein bar!

I've tried this product a few times now to try and provide an honest review. I took this with water in the morning as instructed. Overall, I was not a fan of the taste. It left a strong after taste that was difficult to get rid of. That being said, after using this a few days in a row, I definitely noticed an increase in energy and overall improvement in health. I had a small cold going into trying this and I truly believe that the vitamin C in this product helped me get rid of the cold faster. I don't know if this will become a staple in my morning routine but overall I found this product effective and I would recommend trying it!

I'm pretty much obsessed with Shoppers! I go there all the time for makeup, toiletries and even food. The reason why I love Shoppers so much is the Optimum Points reward program. Basically every purchase you make you receive points but they also have specials and coupons for extra points if you spend a certain amount or purchase a specific product. You can use these points as cash at Shoppers which is awesome! I save up my points until I have enough to buy something high end that I wouldn't normally purchase! They have 'boutique' sections now with high end makeup! If you go to Shoppers often you need an Optimum card! -

You can usually find these at Walmart. -

This top coat was amazing! I enjoyed using this over the polish colour I received. I applied it after I applied 3 coats of the polish and it made the polish look so much better! It is very easy to apply, just one easy coat and it makes your nails look so shiny and like they were done at a salon! My polish ended up last three days on my nails before chipping, which is a long time for me as they usually chip after 1-2 days. This has definitely become my new favourite top coat and I will continue to apply this after I paint my nails from now on :) Highly recommend!

It definitely makes a gradual and subtle difference but it does work if you are consistent with it. If you're looking for an instant dark tan I would recommend an self tan product like st tropez but this is great for the months leading up to and following summer! Great price as well! -

This is a good body scrub that can be used to exfoliate your skin. The smell is great, it reminds me of vacation with the coconut smell! I have used two of the small size tubs and overall I enjoyed it. I used this product about once a week and anytime before I apply a self tanner. Personally, I prefer a sugar scrub because it is a little less harsh on the skin therefore in terms of the Body Shop, I will continue to purchase the Shea Body Scrub. -

I just finished a tub of this and was so sad that it was gone! This stuff is amazing for dry skin! It smells really good but isn't too strong or sweet smelling. I applied this to my arms and legs every night before bed over the winter and it kept my skin moisturized and soft for an entire day after applying. This is product is perfect for anyone with dry skin! I will continue to use Body Butters from the Body Shop because they are such good quality and very effective on my dry skin, especially in the winter months when the extra moisture is needed! -

I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to try the CND Vinylux nail polish in Mint Convertible for free through ChickAdvisor!
This was my first time trying a CND polish and overall I was very impressed with this product. The colour is a beautiful mint green which is perfect for spring! I was very happy with the shade of polish and how it looked on my skin. The product was easy to apply and the applicator picks up just enough product for a smooth application. This polish wasn't too thick so you didn't have to work about any clumping on your nails.
A common issue for me with nail polish is that it always chips after the first day or two. The thing that I was most impressed by with this product was that it did not chip on my nails until the third day of wear! For this reason alone I will continue to reuse this as well as look into purchasing some different shades!
The only negative thing I have to say about this product was that is required 3-4 coats on my nails before reaching the level of opaqueness I wanted. Since the product is very thin, it is easy to apply however it requires more layers to achieve the colour you want. However, since the polish lasted so long on my nails before chipping, I am definitely willing to spend the time to apply the extra coats!
