Listerine Antiseptic Mouthwash
I also buy Listerine for mouth wash. I find it has the best and is the most effective. Some flavours though are very strong! I typically purchase the lighter ones but my go to is the Anti-Cavity one.

Almay Smart Shade Anti-Aging Makeup
I got mine on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart for a great price so really can't complain about that. I like that this has spf in it so I use it more as a bb or cc cream. It provides decent coverage and it's cool how it changes colour once you start... +

It provides decent coverage and it's cool how it changes colour once you start blending it in. I will say though that this has some shimmer/sparkles in it that i don't really like. I find that they fade though throughout the day while wearing this. -

This is no longer a Goodlife I believe it changed to a different version, just a heads up before anyone looking into this. This is located in Stone Road Mall in Guelph. My experience (when it was a good life) was that it was a bit outdated in terms of equipment and overall facility. Maybe they have made upgrades now with the new gym. Great instructors though for BodyPump and BodyStep. -

I've only tried a few different Keg Restaurants and this one was by far my favourite! Food was amazing! I had the steak with fries and they were delicious! I haven't felt like all my meals at Keg restaurants have been worth the price but this was specifically was much better than others that I have tried. In my opinion worth the extra money for a great meal :) -

Their body washes/sprays are nice too but sometimes a little overpowering in fragrance. I typically purchase these during the bi-annual sales. Will continue to purchase the soaps regardless! -

Overall it is a bit small though and definitely outdated. I believe they are relocating this gym to Queenston road so I'm hoping that location will be a little better. -
