After using Pantene Moisture Renewal Conditioner for the past few weeks, my normally dry frizzy hair is shiny and frizz free, leading the way to beautiful healthy curls. Winter can take a toll on my hair and Pantene Daily Moisture Renewal keeps dryness in check. It has a nice rich consistency and a nice scent. When paired with the shampoo, the effects are fantastic. Overall, I would recommend this product to others. -

After using Pantene Moisture Renewal Shampoo for the past few weeks, my hair is noticeably healthier and shinier and doesn’t look as dry as it normally does during the winter months. It has a nice rich consistency. The only aspect I wasn’t crazy about is the scent. Initially it has a very strong smell but once you wash your hair with the product, the smell is much less overwhelming than you’d expect. I would recommend using the conditioner as well. I will be using this product again and would recommend this product to others. -

As a big pasta-lover, I've tried many brands and types, over the years. Fresh pasta, homemade and of course the convenient dry pasta choices. I have yet to find any that I like any better than Catelli Smart Pasta. This pasta has a mild flavor. It offers more fibre and a slow-release carbohydrate (see Catelli's website for full nutritional details). If you haven't tried Catelli Smart Pasta yet, I think you will be pleasantly surprised. This is also an excellent option for all the picky eaters who still won't touch any of the whole grain varieties of pasta. They won't know it's more nutritious, they'll just appreciate that it's delicious! I would recommend Catelli Smart Pasta and will definitely be buying this product again in the future. Originally, I bought TRESemmé Smooth and Silky conditioner because the bottle was HUGE and because it was relatively inexpensive. I have very curly hair which can get weighed down easily so I need something to provide moisture and frizz control. I was not expecting to love this conditioner as much as I do. First off, it smells great! Second, a little goes a long way. Third, it does not leave my hair feeling greasy or heavy. I would recommend this conditioner for anyone who colors their hair often, uses a lot of heat on their hair, has thick hair... and the list goes on. TRESemmé really does give you the salon quality without the salon price. Did I mention your hair is left smelling amazing? -
Persil ProClean Liquid Laundry Detergent

I have a feeling this is an over-rated product. Persil liquid detergent doesn’t have nearly enough soap/power to clean my clothes. Not only does my laundry not look any cleaner, it has a horrible, lingering scent. Don't use on pillow cases or bed linens. So far the smell won't come out after only one wash. Stinks to high heavens!!!! I prefer Tide pods and Gain Flings. Everything comes out clean and fresh and smelling great. Unless you like smelling like a chemical factory...do not use Persil liquid laundry detergent. Stick with Tide. I will definitely not buy this product again! -

It does a great job on aluminum sinks and most counter tops but you’ll need to go over the surface more than once to get rid of the residue it leaves behind. I mainly use it for sinks and the bathtub/shower walls, and appliances; however, I've used it on other items such as dirty flip flops, patio furniture and plant pots and it gets the job done. I’ve also used VIM to clean dirty grout in the bathroom! Just watch out for your clothes since it does stain. -

My husband has been using Dove Men Care products for a few years now. A fan and regular user of Dove Men+ Care stick deodorant, he agreed to test the new Dove Men’s Clean Comfort antiperspirant spray. Let me begin by saying the first thing I noticed when he applied it was the extremely strong scent. This product is advertised as being “unscented” which is definitely not an accurate description. If you’re able to get over the fact that this unscented product actually has a very strong scent, your next obstacle will be coming to terms with smelling like a bouquet of wildflowers exploded from your armpits. Begs the question, is this product really made for a man? Some sprays leave you feeling a little wet under your arms, this one is no exception. The claim that this product goes on dry is false. It does dry quickly enough but definitely should not be tagged as “dries instantly”. The only way I can think to describe the wetness is ”oily/greasy”. You should also wait the 30 – 45 seconds it takes to dry before putting a shirt on because that “oily/greasy” feeling leaves stains on clothes. Factor in the small size and high price tag (sells for around $6.00 in drugstores) and you’ve got all the necessary components to justify leaving this product on the shelf. Definitely won’t be recommending this product. -

This curl defining cream is perfect for my thick curly hair. My hair is curly yet very frizzy - curls aren't massively tight but pretty defined...(if that makes sense!). I've been using this product for over a year now and I find it works really well on wet hair. It helps keep frizz minimal and curls looking sharp. MOROCCANOIL Curl Defining Cream conditions and helps tame curls so hair remains smooth and frizz-free for hours. It smells amazing and I've had several compliments on the smell of my hair. I will definitely buy this product again and I would recommend it to anyone regardless of how curly your curls are, it'll actually help keep them looking great!!! -

I recently purchased Maybelline’s “Baby Lips” lip balm. The product claims it will moisturize and hydrate your lips, leaving them soft and smooth. I purchased the product for $4.99. I chose “Cherry Me”, which is a light red/pinkish shade. It has a cherry scent and a slight cherry taste.
The packaging is cute, it comes in a bright orange tube with hot pink lettering. I've found that the bright orange color of the tube comes in quite handy in helping me find the product in my purse. It really stands out! The balm itself goes on really smooth and is as sheer as you want it to be. I like how this product looks and feels when it’s freshly applied but the effects are not long-lasting and needs to be re-applied several times throughout the day.
If you like scented/flavored lip balm, you will enjoy this. The scent may be overpowering to some since this one is quite strong and artificial smelling.
Although I do like this product, I don’t think I would buy it again. There is really nothing extraordinary it. I didn’t find anything different or better than I would find in much cheaper lip balms. I can pick up a tube of tinted, scented lip balm for under $1 and get the same results.
In my opinion, the reason this product is five times the price is because it’s a name-brand product and it’s over-marketed. I would recommend saving your money and choosing a less expensive lip balm instead.
Overall, I’m glad I tried the product and I will continue to use it until it runs out. But in the future I will stick with the less expensive lip balms that work just as well.
