I liked this Protein Shake, and it really does keep you full! However for me the fake vanilla taste was a little sweet and hard to get down. I needed to put it in a fruit smoothie before heading out to enjoy the taste.
However that being said, it really does help keep you full! I am really impressed with the lasting power on this baby.

The taste is fine, a little bit sweet for me,
It did keep me full for a long time and I get hungry a lot.

I need to grab something to eat and keep me full until I get home later in the evening.
These do keep you feeling pretty full and I love that they are reduced sugar.
However the taste is not very good. The product itself has little to no flavour, except artificial tasting and it is very chalky and hard to swallow. It is too thick and a very odd texture.

I like the light scent and that it is not too heavily scented.
It feels airy!
I like the packaging and the bottle is a large, generous amount that should last a while! I look forward to continuing to use it.

I like this one, I like the smell, the bottle it comes in (sexy dark blue).
I think that you have to use quite a lot of product for it to really do the job. I wanted to put it all over my body and I had to keep putting more on.
I do think it has made me skin tight and less dry thou and I look forward to continued use.
