I found it to be effective, but it was a huge hassle for me to remember to take it between the recommended 6-10 times a day, especially on busy or hectic days. The average dose of 2-3 times a day for most medications is what I'm used to. I'd be glad if there could be a new formulation that only requires 2-3 doses per day. -

The pros: I like that it dissolves easily/never clumps, even in cool liquids. It's also tasteless as advertised. Cons: there is a distinct scent that is very noticeable when drinking- not overwhelming, but not pleasant either. Also, the powder is very lightweight, so if you're not careful, it can easily fly everywhere. Lastly, I have been taking this as directed for over a month now, and haven't seen any of the possible benefits as claimed. -

I liked Lakota's roll-on applicator, as it's less messy than regular squeeze tubes, and also provides a bit of a massage. However, the heat element of this product was too intense for me, to the point where I think it should com with a warning label! I would just recommend this to others who do like very strong heat, especially since it has an impressively short ingredient list, unlike many other pain relievers. -

I thought the taste was fine, but it wasn't spectacular. My first cup tasted a little like cardboard, but every cup after that was a good clean taste. The spout mostly worked well, but I did have a few instances where the water did not pour straight down, as the stream poured a little to the side, so there was a bit of spillage. Any spillage would be costly for a consumer, as the retail price is high ($9 at many of the retailers who carry it), and not affordable for me. -

This was my first time trying a non-dairy based frozen dessert. The chocolate flavour was good, but a little muted by the strong soy flavour. I thought the texture was close to the dairy types, but just not close enough for my liking. Perhaps I'm too accustomed to the creaminess of dairy-based items. Based on this, plus the high price for the 500 ml size, I'd only recommend this to the lactose-intolerant & people who cannot have dairy for other reasons. -
