I have been using this brand for a few years as the quality was really good. However the boxes that I purchased a week ago has changed. First the box has changed which is fine if the product inside is still the same. After using it the first time I noticed it left brown tea stains in the cups and didn't clean some of the cutlery. The second time of using - same thing. The powder itself is also different, it is no longer white as it has some sort of brown powder mixed in with it. It smells weird too - certainly not lemon fresh anymore. I guess this is just another product that has cut back on quality to save money. Won't be using it anymore. Shame.    -
