I received a discount code from ChickAdvisor to try Voila by Sobeys grocery delivery. As with anything, there are pros and cons. Luckily, there are only a few cons to this service, all of which are not of great significance. One of the negatives would be the pricing - this has nothing to do with this specific service provided by Sobeys but rather with the chain itself. Sobeys is not the place I typically shop for groceries, as the price points are a little high. I can get the exact same products for much cheaper elsewhere. Another one is that the curbside delivery is not available in Ontario. Ideally, they would have all options available in all of the areas they service. However, I am sure in time they will have this option for Ontario. Lastly, I was very disappointed in my hamburger buns! Two days after receiving my order, my son ate one of the hamburger buns and it was moldy! To be fair though, you could not see the mold on the outside of the bun - it was on the inside, so this would not be a fault of the company per se. All of these cons - though valid - are quite minuscule in the grand scheme of things. Especially for a brand new service provided by this company.
Now for the pros. The website is extremely easy to use and navigate, quite user friendly. Signing up for an account was very quick and easy, which I can appreciate. The produce was all fresh and the cold things were cold - I was advised they temperature check the food which is fantastic - no melting of frozen products or wilting veggies! The delivery guy was provided with large bins and a dolly which made the delivery much easier (I have had grocery deliveries in the past and the guy had to strong arm all my groceries upstairs as I live in a building and ended up just dropping them all at my door). Lastly, and the BIGGEST pro of this service, was the gentleman I interacted with that delivered my groceries. He called me 15 minutes prior to delivery to advise he was on his way. He was EXTREMELY polite, with a positive attitude (you could hear the smile in his voice over the phone). When he arrived, he was very gentle with my groceries when placing them in front of my door. He asked me if it was my first delivery and then walked me through what they do with every order. He made sure I was happy with my delivery and even offered to wait for me to check over everything.
Overall, this is definitely one of the best grocery delivery services out there. I can truly appreciate the extra steps they take to make the experience enjoyable for the customer. If Sobeys is your go to place for groceries, I would say you're going to love this service, hands down. If not, I still say try it out as it was an extremely pleasant experience overall!

It washes off hands and out of hair easily with soap or shampoo. It is super light weight, so you don't feel weighed down when you have it in your hair and it looks great! It also smells awesome which is fantastic! This is definitely a go to for a matte look. -

The idea of this product in mousse form made me extremely excited. When I received my product I was eager to try it as the dry shampoo is a little hard to rub in completely and tangles my hair. Upon first inspection, the packaging is nice. I like the look of the bottle compared to the plain straight dry shampoo bottle. The product also smells amazing! And makes my hair smell the same, so that's good. Pros: smells amazing, beautiful packaging, minimal residue left on the hands after use, can use on straightened hair, does its job. Cons: Residue left on hands after use - not much but I still felt the need to rinse my hands. As I have long, thick hair I had to use a lot of product each time I used it, so for me personally it will not last long and it does still tangle the hair. Overall I liked the product very much but I still have not decided whether I will be switching from my Batiste Dry Shampoo to the Waterless cleansing foam. I would however, without hesitation, recommend this to girls with short and/or thin hair. At the end of the day, even though I received this product for free, I believe it would be worth the investment to try it out and see if you like it. -

I always have a jar of this stuff in my cupboard for me, my daughter and all her friends! Usually a safe bet when it comes to a snack for most people that come over (minus those with nut allergies of course!) Pretty much everyone loves it! I have yet to meet someone not allergic to nuts that does not like this spread! I will always buy and recommend it to anyone to asks!

I have very thick and wavy hair and normally when I let my hair dry naturally it is a sea of fly-aways and frizz. Not with this serum. I simply put it on my hair when i get out of the shower and then let my hair dry naturally. It dries so nice and smooth with this product, definitely my go-to for frizz control. I don't know what I would do without this product, a staple in my morning routine! If you suffer from frizz head, get out and buy this serum, you will not regret it!

This product is definitely a good one. As with most Crest products, it lives up to most of its claims. The first time I used it, I noticed a slight improvement in the color of my teeth, however, after using the entire tube, I did not notice a significant improvement. Of all the toothpastes on the market right now, making the same claims as this one, this would probably be one of the best! I would happily recommend this to someone looking specifically for the traits it claims. -

This mascara is pretty good overall. IT definitely adds volume to your lashes as it claims and holds up decently when the face gets wet. I had water splashed on my face and it only started to run when I wiped my eyes directly. The only thing I didn't like was that it was very thick. If I went over my lashes too many times there was so much mascara that my lashes all clumped together and I would have to wipe it off completely and start over. The wand also does not separate the lashes very well so I would have to sit there and separate them which can be risky when the mascara is too thick and can lead to the above mentioned problem. Overall, I would buy it again as I did enjoy the final look if all went smooth with putting it on! -
