Gliss Ultra+ Moisture Shampoo is perfect for my intensely dry hair. I got to try it free through Chick Advisor's product review club and have to say that I am very pleased with the results. I've always had extremely dry, coarse hair and I have tried many different formulas to remedy this. After using this shampoo for a few days I can definitely see a difference in the softness of my hair.
It doesn't strip my hair, which I have noticed with other brands that leave my hair feeling dry and crunchie even when it was wet. I find focusing it on my roots and only running it through to the ends right before I'm about to rinse gives me the best results.
The only thing I didn't really notice was having less breakage. I still felt that the same amount of hair break off while in the shower as before, however, I don't know if that was mainly due to the fact that before my hair had been very brittle and damaged and as I continue to use it I would begin to see gradually less breakage.
All in all, I am quite pleased with this product and feel that I would definitely make the switch to this brand. Feeling my hair now I can honestly say that I feel the difference which I had never been able to say before I tried this product. The hydration this product offers, along with the amazing smell leaves you feeling fresh. A definite 10/10 would reccomend.

Cliff bars are a delicious on-the-go convenience when hungry strikes. I usually have them in the mornings if I am running a little bit late and do not have time to prepare a healthy breakfast. What I like about them is that they are loaded with 10 grams of protein so they are able to keep me full until lunch. They also contain a good amount of calories to make up for my missed breakfast, as well as vitamins and minerals so I can be sure to start the day off right!
I do want to mention that it does contain a high amount of sugar and that can be quite alarming. Because of this I really don't recommend this as a daily snack, but more of a meal alternative. If otherwise, you would have eaten nothing for a scheduled meal, which might lead to you getting some fast food later that is worse, this is a great option for that!
They can be on the pricey side at my grocery store as well, but I feel that they are worth the price for what you get! On top of that, Cliff bars taste amazing! I haven't tried a flavour that I haven't enjoyed, and I really appreciate the many different varieties. I definitely have to recommend them if you need an on-the-go breakfast alternative!

The Covergirl total tease mascara's unique brush allows for complete control in order to fully lengthen lashes. When I first saw the advertisements for this mascara, I had to get my hands on it. The thing that really drew me towards it was the "teaser" part of the mascara wand. This innovation made it perfect to ensure that the inner corner lashed were properly coated, while also defining the outer corner lashes for a more dramatic look. I also found that the wand did not clump up the product as much as other brands would.
I was also very impressed with the fact that the product didn't seem to run down my face throughout the day, even though it isn't a waterproof formula. Meaning that it isn't too difficult to remove at the end of the night, but I can be assured that it stays in place when I'm out and about. I would also like to mention that with this product I found no burning sensation in my eyes. Something I have experienced in the past with other mascaras I have tried. I definitely recommend this mascara for anyone who wants lengthened lashes, day or night.

I absolutely love St. Ives smoothing apricot exfoliating body wash because it smells amazing and does an amazing job exfoliating my skin. When it comes to my face my skin is combination, but when it comes to the rest of my body it is extremely dry. I always use some sort of body care after my shower but when I began using this body wash I could see a huge difference in the condition of my skin. This is likely due to the fact that in the shower I am able to exfoliate dead skin off which otherwise would get in the way of my body care products penetrating the different layers of my skin. This left my skin softer than ever before.
While I don't always go out of my way for eco-friendly products, I appreciate St. Ives as a company because their business philosophy is all about sustainability. Unlike many other exfoliators which rely on microbeads that have devastating effects on the environment, their exfoliants are naturally sourced. You can feel good about going with this product for that reason, as every little effort to help will add up in the end. Keeping both your skin and the Earth happy.

Nivea lip care SPF 30 is a great way to protect your very delicate lip area from UV rays daily! I recently purchased this product in a pack of two which gives you more value than buying this item just one at a time. Since I purchased it I have been using this daily and have to say I love it!
I really appreciate that it is an SPF of 30 since a lot of other lip care products with SPF out there happen to be only an SPF of 15. SPF 30 is usually the bare minimum recommended. Sun protection is extremely important since it can help to prevent skin cancer, as well as, premature aging; and many people have a tendency to forget protection of the lips.
I don't claim to be an expert on sun protection, but from the research I have done on the topic, it appears to protect against both UVA and UVB rays. This website was what I used to determine this: http://www.skinacea.com/sunscreen/uv-filters-chart.html#.WRBHW-UrJPZ
The only thing that I question about this product is that there is no indication, on the packaging or the website, how much product is needed to achieve the maximum amount of protection using this product. From what I understand about sun protection sometimes you may need more product than you think you would need to get the full benefits.
Other than this, I am extremely happy with this product and will continue to purchase it for sun protection and preventing skin damage to my lips. Definitely, a product that you need to incorporate into your everyday skincare routine, and not just during the summer, but all year round

IÖGO smoothies are a delicious and easy way to get calcium and vitamin D into your diet! I had the pleasure to try it out free, in the flavour Strawberry- Raspberry, through Chick Advisor's Product Review Club and I have to say this has easily become one of my favourite brands of yogurt.
It's made with real fruit and you can really tell from the taste. It truly does taste like real strawberries and raspberries, and not the fake processed fruit taste so many other yogurts have. I could drink this on its own with breakfast or add it to a smoothie as the liquid ingredient to add to the vitamins I'm getting. I especially love it in a green smoothie since it really helps to disguise the taste of the spinach and kale. It even adds a little protein which is an important aspect to me.
Now the one thing to keep an eye on is its sugar content. It is a little high, but you do have to keep in mind that in the ingredients it uses cane sugar, rather than processed white sugar. Also, the fruit content will add to this a bit, so, as long as you don't drink too much in one day it can be part of a healthy diet. There are also many vitamins in it that, I assume, are important to incorporate into your diet. Such as Calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, and much more.
This is definitely something that I am going to continue to purchase in the future. I highly recommend trying it, if you haven't already. You will be glad you did!

The Estée Lauder Advanced Night Micro Cleansing Foam is great for removing makeup and dirt from the skin before applying the rest of you nightly skincare routine! Some facial cleansers can really irritate and dry my skin out, but this one is perfect for combination skin types. I especially love how it seems to melt away my makeup, even waterproof products, so that I don't have to use a makeup remover before. Because of this aspect, I save time in at night which helps to motivate me to actually remove my makeup before bed.
It also smells like amazing. It's not overpowering but the scent still helps me get into a relaxed state. I use this product most often before bed, but I also use it before I do a mask because I can really ensure my skin will be clean and ready for the treatment. It is about $30, which can be a bit pricey but for how amazing it works, it is definitely worth it. If you haven't tried it out, I really recommend it!

I absolutely love the Kay Von D Shade and Light Contour Kit for everything from an every day to a night on the town! I especially recommend it if you are just getting into the makeup game and lack experience with contouring. Because it is a powder, rather than a cream, product it is much more forgiving. Making it easy to use for beginners to pros.
The one con I did notice for this product is that if you only use this for personal use, you will probably only use two of the shades, one light, and one dark. Maybe four if you tan significantly throughout the year. For myself, I get use out of all the colours. This is because one, I do makeovers for many different people with a variety of skin tones, and two, because depending on the look I am going for I may need a deeper colour. This is because photography makeup may need to be darker.
Honestly, it is one of my favourite palettes and I tend to reach for this more often than my cream contours because it is a time saver in the morning. On top of that Sephora launch, a new version of this palette that allows you to refill certain colours, which is absolutely amazing. I definitely, recommend this palette!

The Kat Von D Ink Liner is one of my holy grail felt tipped pen liquid liners. It has such a precise end that always leaves me with a beautifully sharp wing that while lasting all day.
