Terrible service.
I had to wait an incredibly long time to contact customer service (and on top of it, I had an employee leave in the middle of explaining my problem).
I find myself paying a service charge because my account, which was supposed to be frozen for an additional month, has unfrozen because the person to whom I had made the request was not able to tell the difference between August and September.
Account that I'm not using this month but that cost me 40$ to throw out the window...
And apparently at the beginning of the month there's no way to delete a plan !
So I decided to leave because I don't want to pay for their mistakes ! 🙄
In addition my number was regularly spammed by numbers from African countries and by numbers from China: so it's not a big loss
