I've always been one of those people that finds most mouthwashes to be way too strong! Swishing for 30-60 seconds is torture when my mouth is burning so badly. I've used mild formulas in the past, and find that most of them just eliminate the mintiness all together, which is something I still want, just not as strong. While Listerine's Total Care Zero formula is still very minty and leaves my mouth very fresh and clean feeling, it isn't completely unbearable. -
