Ensure has come out with a few different meal replacements for individuals (diabetic, high protein etc). I have tried the high protein recently and find them very effective as a meal replacement. It gives you all the needed nutrients and is filling. I have tried both the vanilla and the strawberry. I thoroughly enjoyed both. I would recommend this product to those on the go, trying to improve healthy habits or anyone else who would like to try it! -
