My daughter is in love with the Hollywood hair maker set and these expansions just made it better. Each cane with more extensions, a new color marker and more ways to wear the extensions. Definitely a great expansion even if only for the hair. But the new styles were adorable. My daughter had to have the braided headband right away and it was easy to do. She’s a little young to do it herself at 4 but an older girl could do the whole thing no problem. The expansions are definitely worth it, and it’s nice for her to have a bunch of different ways to wear all her cool new customized extensions. #gotitfree -

We LOVED this product! My daughter had such much fun with this product! The age says 8+ but she is obsessed with hair and design even at almost 4 so we thought it would be worth a try anyway. It seriously was! The instructions are simple, there’s no assembly time and she could do most of it herself. She needed some supervision and help getting placements just right but she was designing everything before I even pulled it out of the box. We played with it for an hour straight and now everyone in the house is sporting customized extensions. It was easy to clean up and she says she “looks like a rock star!” I honestly have not seen her this excited over a toy that was more project than toy ever!!! And it’s definitely still fun for older kids who can do it all on their own. Great toy. I’ll definitely be getting her expansions because I’m certain she’ll be obsessed with this for a while! She’s already invited her best friend over for a stylish play date. #gotitfree -

My 3 yr old daughter has MANY pretend play toys for her kitchen, the Melissa & Doug ones (especially her Pizza set) are her hands down favorites. The quality is always the first thing I notice with their wooden pretend-play sets. The pizza is of very good quality, we’ve had it for years without any pieces breaking, chipping or fading. She loves to put on the different topping and make your pizza to order and the tools help her with her motor skills. A Melissa and doug pretend play toy is always a good gift idea and this one especially as it appeals to everyone. -

This is a really cute game. It’s similar to a Rubik’s cube in that you shake a little box and the tiles all fall into a random 3x3 configuration much like 1 side of a Rubik’s cube. However each player has a 5x5 set of tiles with 1 tile missing. The goal is for you to get the middle 3x3 to match the cube before the other player. It’s simple but not easy. The quality isn’t the greatest and you basically have to set it up from scratch each time you want to play but it’s fun. My son is about to turn 6 and loves these types of puzzles very much. It’s a bit too difficult for him to do it on his own while racing for the finish but he and his dad like to work together to complete it. A lot of fun and definitely worth it if you like logic puzzles. -

We have so many Water wow books that it’s hard to keep track of them all. They’re definitely some of our favorite activity books because they’re light, compact and reusable. We take them everywhere to use as a quick distraction if we ever need to wait. For doctor’s offices, appointments, eating out and in the car. I’m sure we have every one they make and will continue to buy them as they make new ones. -

My kids love a foaming hand soap , it’s the one way to guarantee that they wash their hands. I love Dial complete for two reasons. The first is that it’s not harsh. No matter what scent we’ve gotten it is never overwhelming. A hint of a smell and that’s it. Your hands feel soft and smooth after without residue and I feel clean. The second is that I can use every last drop. The bottles have been designed in such a way that I can use pretty much everything in it before a refill. Most bottles leave about 1/4 inch at the bottoms that you just can’t get to. But the dial complete bottles are actually empty when they run out. And sometimes they even look empty and still have a few pumps left. I originally bought this brand because it was all I could find but it’s definitely the only brand I’ll buy now! -

In general Aquaphor is a staple in our house. My son has a histamine intolerance which makes him VERY sensitive to any type of lotion, cream or even shampoo and body wash. The only thing we’ve found gentle enough for his skin is the aquaphor baby line. The wash and shampoo is the only thing that doesn’t harm his sensitive skin and so we use it exclusively at our house. My son is now 5 and still uses only aquaphor on his skin. I can’t recommend it enough. -

I love these wipes, they are literally the only brand I use, and my favorite scent. I’ve tried other brands, and some off brands and they’re just not as effective. Part of that is the container, it seals really well so they don’t dry up. But it’s also the fact that there is excess liquid on the bottom that helps it stay moist. Off brands don’t have that and between the two usually end up drying out before the wipes are all gone. I keep the containers in case I ever have to buy off brand so I can transfer them, and even that will help them last just a little longer. But It’s honestly worth the extra money to get these From the get go and know you have a good solid product that does the job. -

These are by far my favorite wipes. Even if I have to pay a bit more I’d choose these wipes every time. I never thought I’d have a preference but after using these I clearly do. They’re always moist, it takes a lot to dry them out. They don’t rip easily or leave any fibers or residue. They don’t smell and they don’t make my hands feel weird after I use them. They just feel clean. Definitely my favorite and the only ones I will buy if given the choice -

My daughter is probably one of the pickiest eaters out there so it’s rare to find a snack that she likes. However these are a staple in our house! The “blue package” is our go-to snack. Easy to pop in a bag, not too sweet or messy and best of all she eats them!!! There’s not a flavor she skips and they make her happy, so it’s a win in my book. Like anyone I wish there were more in a bag but from what I’ve seen the quantity is the standard for these types of snacks. -
