Once a week whenever I feel like my face needs some extra step into my skincare routine I would use this and right after I love how my face is so fresh and clean! I just feel like once a week is enough for me since this one is a deep exfoliator. I don’t want to over exfoliate my face, but if you feel like you need to exfoliate more than that, I would suggest you get a milder one from the same range and brand. -

I normally don’t like applying moisturizer frequently on my body because I have a perceived idea that it will be sticky and greasy, but chose to try this product because I have sensitive skin and I also noticed it becoming too dry, especially my legs and my arms from the top, I really did fall in love with how non-greasy and lightweight this cream is, and I love how my skin is so soft like a baby! I would apply this twice and it noticeably made my skin way softer without the icky greasiness! Love it -
