I had been hearing that people are now using Rosehip oil to do pretty much every part of their nightly routine. I looked into it and I balked a bit at the price. Then I looked in my bathroom cabinet and I realized that I had a little bottle of Bio Oil that I had used in an attempt at scar removal. Spoiler alert: it did not work for that.
HOWEVER, I decided to rub a bit into my face after cleansing every night, and after a couple of weeks, I noticed a fairly significant difference. Normally I break out in a major way around my period, but I didn't! I also love how soft it makes my skin feel. Highly recommend!

I have been reviewing lemon teas lately because I am desperately trying to shake a cold/sore throat. This one is definitely different from the others I've tried because it is a BLACK tea with lemon, where most on the market seem to be herbal tea. This is a standard-tasting black tea; however, the slight hint of lemon is quite nice. Bonus, it is caffeinated so it serves a dual purpose! -

I went on a little road trip over the weekend and a friend bought a case of the new Diet Coke Twisted Mango. I actually really enjoyed it because I don't typically like the taste of cola, but this added a sweetness that was more fruity than synthetic. It also tastes nice with rum!

I got married almost a year ago and we registered at Hudson's Bay. Needless to say, we ended up with several hundred in gift cards. We had always talked about getting an espresso machine so we decided to pull the trigger last week. We got the Breville Barista Express because, primarily, it had the best reviews for the most competitive price. We also got it on a hefty discount, so I'd recommend periodically checking the Bay website.
The Breville Barista Express is very easy to use and comes with ALL the tools you need to make the perfect cup. One thing we noticed was that for our first couple of espressos the pressure gauge didn't move. We tried adjusting small things and eventually everything was working perfectly!
I'd recommend this brand if you like to make at-home espressos :)

Honestly, I purchased these to fill up an Amazon order to qualify for free shipping. I have always had issues with serious pimples around my period and my skin is so sensitive that I never pop them because they scar and scar for a long time! I was looking for a way to speed up the process of my skin getting rid of the pus or bring it to the top and this is a great solution!
Unlike other similar things, this pads stay on your face so you can wear them overnight without most of the product getting on your pillow. They don't hurt and they don't dry out your skin.
It doesn't magically heal a zit, but for people with slow-healing skin like me, it's a great way to get the process going!

I really liked this protein bar that I picked up at Costo. I tried the chocolate peanut butter flavour and honestly it is not as chalky as most other bars like it. It is somehow even creamy! It's also pretty huge so I think half at a time is probably a good bed. I ate mine over the course of an hour or so because I didn't have time for breakfast this morning.
I'd definitely recommend!
