Protein bars can be a toss-up and more often than not, I find once I eat 3 or 4 of them over a span of a few weeks, I no longer find the texture bearable. I'm lured in by the taste, but it ends up tasting like a chunky brick. These - PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars - don't seem to be like that at all!
I am very fortunate to have received these free from ChickAdvisor and Power Bar, and I am enjoying the new flavours. This one is a bit rich for me, but the flavour is better than most protein bars. The texture has been the best part so far. It doesn't feel as dense, which is a nice bonus! I'm currently enjoying one with my morning coffee. I'd recommend giving it a try!

PowerBar ProteinPlus Reduced Sugar Lemon Poppy Seed is one of the most nicely textured and best tasting protein bars I've ever tried.
I was very fortunate to receive this free sample from ChickAdvisor and PowerBar; however, I'll admit that I was a little skeptical about the flavour. I ended up being pleasantly surprised! The poppy seed flavour is perfectly mild and the texture helps bring out the subtleties in the flavour. I enjoyed biting down on the little poppy seeds and the bar itself was dry and sort of flaky, and thankfully not as dense as most other similar bars! I don't feel like I'm eating a brick!
I'd definitely recommend trying this flavour because the taste and texture combination is great!

I love a cold iced cap on a hot day. Especially made with chocolate milk rather than the cream I think they use. Somehow it just feels healthier....although it probably isn't! It's definitely a nice treat.

The fidget cube is a perfect little distraction toy to play with when on the phone, walking down the street, or stressing out in any way. The cube itself is made very well, and so is the silicon key chain holder. Each piece moves advertised and makes a noise or is silent exactly as it said in the kickstarter video. I'd definitely recommend for fidgety kids (or adults)! -

Sanissimo Salmas Oven Baked Crackers are a nice light snack to pair with dips, spreads, and soups.
I was very excited that I was given the opportunity to review this product for free (#gotitfree) and I wanted to try it with lots of different foods. I made a curry stew and the crackers were a great pairing. They also work really nicely with a bit of cheese and in any sort of dip. The downside: they don't taste like much on their own. It's definitely not something I would pick up on the run for snacking, but I would definitely include it in any balanced lunch or dinner as it works well with many different cuisines.
Give it a try, but remember to eat it with something!

I originally tried these at my dad's house because they were there, but since then I've purchased them myself. The original don't have as much flavour as these wasabi ranch do! They are a nice light snacking option that doesn't make you feel as greasy as regular chips or as full as full crackers. I'd definitely recommend picking them up. They come in large bags and in a box with snack-sized bags at Costco. -
