I don't like to use a heavy foundation, so I use the tinted moisturizer instead. I start with a foundation primer, then the tinted moisturizer, and top it off with a mineral powder foundation. I have combination skin, so I don't use much on my nose and forehead, and instead use more of the mineral powder there. This gives me good coverage and a flawless complexion, with a sheer, lightweight feel to it, and it blends in very easily. I love this product.
The one thing - a bit of a misnomer - I don't think it is a "moisturizer" really, so I wouldn't say it is a 3-in-1 product. I always use moisturizer first. When I tried to use it as a moisturizer it was hard to work with and didn't moisturize very well. It's really more of a sheer foundation. But definitely worth every penny.

I have seasonal allergies - and I have 4 cats! - so my sinuses get stuffy, causing me sinus headaches. I saw Dr. Oz recommending neti pots on his show one time, and thought it might be helpful in giving me some relief for my sinuses. Neil Med often has free offers, so I got a free Neti Pot in the mail (they are about $20 to buy) and after trying out the samples, I bought a package of the saline solution.
It takes a little getting used to. If I don't bend forward far enough, I get solution in my mouth, which won't cause harm, but is unpleasant. I also sometimes get a slight stinging sensation, like when you get water up your nose in a swimming pool. But it's not difficult to use once you get used to it, and doesn't take long.
It does help to make my sinuses somewhat less congested. That's about as glowing as I can get. I'll keep using it because it helps, but I can't say that it's solved all of my sinus problems forever. :-)

Like all Body Shop products, this scrub smells good enough to eat. Other than that, it's okay, but I don't find it to be exceptional. I have tried other scrubs that left my skin super smooth, and this one does not. I'm not crazy about the large size of the grains in it, either...they feel like their going to leave scratches (although they don't, of course). I won't throw it out, but I won't go out of my way to buy it again either. If there was a choice in between "You Betcha" and "Fuggedaboudit" (like, "Yeah, okay") I would have chosen that. -

My blonde colour was going brassy - as it always does - and I read about these "purple" shampoos that you can buy to reduce the brassiness. I decided to try the John Frieda one, mainly because it was the least expensive. But it has been worth every penny! After about 3 uses (washing every other day, and alternating with my regular shampoo), my hair has returned to a lovely shade of blonde without the brassiness. This is definitely going to extend the life of my colour. I am very pleased with it! -

I read about this conditioner in an article about hair products without parabens, and since I love to use natural products when I can I was looking forward to trying this out. It has no silicone, no paraben and no dye. It seemed to have a nice texture and a light, pleasant fruity scent. The price was a lot better than what you usually pay for natural products, and I attributed this to the fact that it was a bigger name company that could afford to sell it for a bit less. Unfotunately, as they say, you get what you pay for.
I had to use a lot of the conditioner to cover all my hair, but it would seem to "disappear" into my hair - I don't know how else to put it - to the extent that it felt like there was nothing to rinse away (of course, I still rinsed it well). Most conditioners will help to detangle your hair a bit, and this one did not, not at all.
The worst part, however, was how my hair felt and looked when it was dry - greasy, dull, and weighed down. It felt worse than before I washed it, and it was impossible to style in any way.
My husband and I used it for over a week, and we both disliked it so much we ended up throwing it out (and I hate to throw things out!) Too bad.

I have to admit that I don't always have time to clean as often as I would like, so I wanted a bathroom cleaner that would get the shower/tub very clean. This one had the added promise of not requiring a lot of scrubbing, and they were right. This cleaner cleaned it all, and all I had to do was apply it and then wipe with a sponge. I also like the fact that it doesn't have that really overpowering chemical scent that many shower cleaners do. (You can actually be in the bathroom without feeling like you're creating cancer cells with every inhalation!)
I have had some trouble applying the product, but I think it's because I'm not following the instructions correctly (ie. holding the can close enough to the tub surface). Even so, it works like a charm. Love this. It will become my staple bathroom cleaner.

After hearing all the rave reviews about these, I had to get a pair for myself (and one for my hubby too). They were on sale, so that was a bonus. Since getting them, I wear them around the house constantly (still a little cold for outside) and they are very comfortable. No breaking-in period required either. The only downside for me is that I wish they had even a little bit of arch support for my flat feet. These will become a summer staple for me. -

I have used Sensodyne in the past, and I liked it, but there are other sensitivity toothpastes now that have other features (like whitening) that are just as good and less expensive. But I saw this new Sensodyne (and had a coupon) so I gave it a try. Even so, it was still more expensive, and I didn't find it to be worth the money.
Unfortunately, I can't say that I like this product very much. It's in a can (like shaving cream), not a tube, and for some reason I find it awkward to get the toothpaste onto my brush. Also, it's main feature is that it foams up while brushing to "penetrate hard to reach places," but I find the frothy texture in my mouth unpleasant. It also leaves a strange aftertaste in my mouth.
Personally, I wouldn't buy this again.

I have been wanting to try Aveeno moisturizing lotion for some time, because it has an excellent reputation, and I was not disappointed. It is a rich lotion, absorbs well, and it leaves my skin feeling very soft and smooth, not sticky or greasy whatsoever. It is completely unscented, which I like (although I don't mind a lightly scented moisturizer either).
Although the price is normally somewhat higher than some other brands you can get at Shopper's DM, I bought it on sale - and I think it goes on sale fairly regularly. But even at regular price I wouldn't be disappointed, because you don't need to use much to get the full effect. This is a great, no-nonsense moisturizer, that I think will become my new staple.

I get bumpy skin in the winter, and I have some rough patches on my elbows, so I wanted to get a good body scrub that would leave my skin smooth. This one was a little pricier than some others, but I didn't want to waste my money on a mediocre product, so I made the investment...I have heard good things about this company's products. I have to admit, I was also kind of drawn to the fun packaging.
This scrub has a nice smell, kind of like strawberries, it lathers up like a body wash, and you really feel the exfoliating beads working. After 2-3 times using it, my skin feels noticably smoother and looks more radiant (less dry), and the rough patches on my elbows are starting to soften up too.
I have sensitive skin, and it often turns all red when I take a hot shower, and this product increased the redness quite noticably, almost like a rash. The redness wasn't sore or itchy, though, and it went away quickly. So I will keep using it, but I'll maybe use a little less and more gently.
