One thing I like about this protein bar over other ones is they do a really good job with their flavours and it doesn’t have that protein bar after taste that some of the other low sugar ones do and all of their flavours are really distinctive. If you’re looking for a low sugar protein bar that tastes good, definitely recommend this brand. -

Vega One Nutritional Shake Chocolate
I love this stuff! It’s grainy when you drink it just mixed with water but I mix with a shake it’s perfect. You don’t even need to add sweetener to it, it’s sweet enough on it own and I feel like I’m getting everything I need!

Nothing else gave my the relief this did, not even black tea with honey. Would definitely recommend. I added a little honey and drank it in the morning and for the rest of the day my throat didn’t bother me -
