Me and my eight year old have been playing with the Rubik's Perplexus Fusion for a couple weeks now. My younger child had zero interest. I'm conflicted. Personally, I find this cube frustrating. You need to be very focused to have any success and unfortunately there are places where success is impossible because of the inner plastic pieces being bent too close together. My son has enjoyed playing with this cube and guess that really is the point. However, he's stopped caring about a start point and just twists it to see how long he can keep the ball moving on a path. I think this would be a nice gift for a child's birthday. I wish the ball were a little larger and I wish it weren't quite so easy for the ball to fall off the pathways. I don't see this as a toy my kids would necessarily ask for but they would be (were) happy to recieve it and/or give it as a gift. -

We were given the opportunity to try out the Wildcat Moto Pups Deluxe Pull Back Motorcycle Vehicle. My kids are 6 & 8. They both enjoyed zooming this toy across the floor. I think they would have liked this vehicle even more when they were slightly younger. We used it on both hard wood & carpet. It went very slowly on the carpet, which was not unexpected, but still worked. We are not really familiar with the Wildcat character, but that may be because we read more PAW Patrol books (early readers) now days rather than regularly watch the show. However my kids still enjoyed playing with one of the PAW patrol gang. It's easy to "load" the pop up element and works well. My kids liked that you could also use the popup element as a handle to make the motorcycle "fly". It's nice that the figure can be used outside the vehicle for more play options. I would definitely recommend this toy to a youngish child who enjoys PAW patrol and/or vehicles. -

We received this Toothless blaster a few days ago. My kids, ages 6 & 8, were eager to try it out. I figured out how to work the blaster, but was surprised there were not clear instructions. I revisited the box and discovered they were on the bottom of the package. The blaster has two steps; first pull the tail out and push it in to "load" the bullet, second press the front legs to fire. Personally I found using the legs to fire a little awkward, but my kids seemed unphased. Toothless has an attachment to hold the additional bullets which is very convenient. The bullets themselves have a rubber "flame" tip which I liked. They did not hurt when I was on the receiving end of them.
I was quite pleased with the durability of this toy. My kids took it outside to play with friends. (covid restrictions) There is quite a bit of snow and they were burying Toothless in "his" snow cave. However he held up and still works great. I really thought their initial play would be too much for this toy but I was pleasantly surprised. Honestly my kids and their friends liked playing with this as a Toothless Toy as much as a blaster. It's a good size & good weight for play. Overall we have been really happy with the Toothless Dragon Blaster.
