Bastiste was the first brand i ever used for dry shampoo and i tend to usually buy it if it is on offer as sometimes the big bottles are about £4 which i wont usually buy if it is that price as I've used a Lidl alternative and it is just as good for a fraction of the price. However Batiste is always the best for the packaging, the smell and the most effective. When i change hair colour it is great as if i am blonde it lightens my roots up for the day or i can buy the dry shampoo for dark hair which is great as usual dry shampoo isn't great on dark hair if you don't brush it out right!
Overall it is a great product.

The best moisturiser around! It makes my skin feel amazing! It is not cheap by any means but it is worth every penny! It doesn't have that horrible cakey wet feeling you can get from other brands and doesn't feel like it takes ages to dry before you can go to sleep or apply your makeup. I can't give it enough credit as it truly is worth every penny. -

I use this foundation more for when i go out somewhere special. The coverage is very good and lasts throughout the day or evening. It is easily to apply and has a good smell and texture. I usually apply this with a brush as i feel that it looks better when put on by a brush as opposed to using my fingers souly which makes me feel a bit grubby but each to their own!
The price isn't cheap but not as expensive as some alternatives. I used to think that clarins was a brand really for older women but i find it looks beautiful on my skin and i am only 28.

One of my all time favourite perfumes. My go to for a night out and when friends and family smell the scent they always think of me. I always ask for this for birthdays and christmas as i use the refillable bottles to save on waste and because it is much cheaper than buying a brand new bottle of it!
It's a strong smell that doesn't require you to keep spraying it for the smell to last.

Best mascara i have used for a long time! Not cheap but then you get exactly what you pay for i feel. The wand is easy to use, the colour glides on to your lashes easily. I usually apply two coats on each eye and it doesn't give you horrible clumpy spider leg lashes. It separates your individual lashes whilst making them dark and long. I have used many different mascara's from all different brands and this is my new found favourite. -

I was colour matched from the Mac department in John Lewis. The lady was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. She tested at least four different foundations on my face and jaw line. N6 was the best shade for my skin tone as i have very fair porcelain skin and any foundations with too much warmth in their colour makes me either look a shade of yellow or orange.
The foundation looks good, smells great and comes in a nice bottle. (Mac also do a good incentive to bring back 5 empty mac containers and they will gift you with a lipstick thus saving waste and helping the planet).
The foundation is best applied with a brush in my opinion and then rubbing slightly with your finger tips to blend any makeup build up that can happen. The price isn't too bad at less than £30 a bottle. The coverage is good and you can apply as much or as little as you want and still look good. I use this foundation as more of an every day wear rather than a going out at night foundation.
Overall a great product and spending a little more on foundation always pays off as i definitely believe you get what you pay for.
