I absolutely love the Beech Nut brand. I feel really good about giving my daughter any of their products because of their incredibly simple & whole food ingredients. These pouches are amazing for traveling and make things so much easier and quicker. We always keep plenty on hand to have when we are on the go and need on the go meals for her. I highly, highly recommend these. This one specifically is our daughter's favorite. -

What a fun and relaxing face mask! I loved the Elizavecca Bubble Clay Mask. It had a nice relaxing scent and it was neat to watch it bubble up. It felt so relaxing on my face. After it bubbled for about 5 minutes, I rubbed it in according to directions & then washed it off. It was a bit harder to get off than other masks, but it left my face feeling so hydrated and clean! Hours later it still felt hydrated and was very soft. I would highly recommend this for a fun girls night! -

I got to try the Arnica ones for joint and muscles and I do have to say, after a really intense few workouts & then a soak, I definitely wasn't as sore today as I normally am! I have tried at least a dozen natural deodorants and this is by far the most effective one I have tried. It has a light, natural coconut scent and it does last all day. I usually apply it twice-once before I workout and one after my post-workout shower. On days I don't workout, I only have to apply it once. It can be difficult to apply, but I actually found that if you run it under a bit of water & shake it off, it applies really easily. It still doesn't glide like you may be used to, but it works so well that this minor change is worth it. I highly, highly recommend this! -
