I bought it because I have super oily lids and no eyeshadow stays on my lids. I was skeptical at first, but then I've noticed that the eyeshadows really stay on (average of 8 hours) when I use the Urban Decay Primer Potion. The packaging is cute, but as others said, after sometime it seems that the primer has ended but there's still a big ammount deposited in the curves of the bottle. You will loose tons of primer if you don't cut the package and transfer to another container. Other than that it's an effective product.    -
