This is our favourite dessert when we are having a relaxed night; take out or perhaps a bbq on the deck. McCain Deep 'n Delicious Coconut Cream Pie is the perfect special treat and no work for mom!
It is light and fluffy, not too sweet, creamy and the coconut flavour comes through just right. The crust adds just the right amount of crunch to the richness of the filling.
A bonus is that you can stock your freezer with McCain's pies and not worry about it going bad.
It tastes good frozen on a hot day, by the way!    -
