I have been using Degree Antiperspirant sticks for several years and they have become my favorite deodorant-type product due to effectiveness and scent. This product is no different. It goes on dry and has a fresh scent, and it continues to protect from wetness and smelliness for a solid 24 hours. Oh, and you can usually find this for $1.99 on special, or if not, for between $2-$3! -

I have been using Q-tips Cotton Swabs for years. I started out using them to clean my ears, until I learned that this is a big no-no. They are great for make-up purposes, especially correction of application mistakes. I have tried other, cheaper cotton swabs, but none are as plump as Q-tips and I am always disappointed. -

The nutriforme bars are intended to be a meal replacement product. I found, however, that I was still hungry after eating a bar, and there was no way one of these could substitute for an entire meal. Pros include 15 grams of protein, 4 grams of fibre, lots of vitamins and minerals, and a rich chocolate flavor. Cons include 18 grams of sugar and an unpleasant aftertaste.

Thank you for the chance to review this product through the Product Review Club. I have mixed feelings about this Garnier moisturizer. I enjoyed the subtle, slightly fruity scent and that the lotion is light and not at all greasy. I found that it didn't moisturize very well immediately upon application; it seemed to provide better hydration after the product had been on my face for a couple of hours. And I think Garnier has added the minimum amount of SPF -- a higher level would certainly be preferred. As far as the promises of brightening and smoothing, I do think that the texture of my skin is improved, but I don't think it really looks any 'brighter'. -

I was lucky to receive a Garnier SkinActive Micellar Water from the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. This cleansing water is very gentle and great for sensitive skin. It provides an easy way to clean your face as an alternative to the usual washing. I am not sure how effective this product would be for heavy makeup removal but it works great for taking off basic daily makeup and leaving your skin refreshed. -

I have to admit; I have had no luck with dry shampoos. It's been a real disappointment for me because I've heard so many wonderful promises, but no matter how much I have spent, they have all failed to deliver. Batiste XXL was no different. The Batiste line, in general, is very popular, and I hoped this 'volumizing' product would work on my super-fine (and thinning) hair in-between washes, but it just left it limp and dull -- certainly not 'big and bouncy'! *Sigh* -

I was fortunate to be selected by the Product Review Club to test a DQ Cake ... yay!
I ordered a traditional DQ Cake. In my city, there are 3 DQ locations. I looked at each one on-line at noticed quite a difference in the selection of cakes available at each location; however, this was more noticeable with the Blizzard cakes. We did not have a particular occasion to celebrate with this cake.
The in-store pick-up was extremely quick and easy.
The cake itself was unremarkable. The coloring differed from the image online in that it was much more subtle online. In real-life the icing was very bright -- much too much food coloring! I think the cost is just too much for, essentially, ice cream. I doubt that I would order another DQ Cake or recommend it to a friend. If I were to ever get another DQ Cake, it would be a Blizzard variety.
