I am not sure that it helps me sleep however the scent is amazing and freshens the entire room. I find the product to be a bit pricey, although you don't have to use a lot of it.. I tend to buy this only when it's on sale and I have a coupon.

Yummy Earth Organic Lollipops
I have gluten and dairy allergies as well as being very sensitive to soy, refined sugars and eggs. It's very difficult to find any sort of sweet treat to enjoy! These are definitely the best lollipops I've had in a long time! Thank you Yummy Earth!
