I have fine lines and dark circles under my eyes and a woman at Sephora recommended this product plus it won some award in Allure magazine. I have been using it for almost a month and I have noticed a difference with my dark circles and fine lines. Also you only need to use so little of the product. If you dont want to spend mega $ on an eye cream then give this one a try. -
