My son is obsessed with his new Bakugan. It keeps him entertained for hours. He enjoys playing with it on his own or with others who have Bakugan’s as well. Bakugan’s have been very popular amongst his friends at school. What I love about it is that it makes for an easy clean up since it’s not a toy that has a bunch of pieces. I’m impressed with how durable it is too.

My fiance and I recently visited Toronto while I was there for work (if you've read any of my reviews, I'm from Orlando). On the last night, we decided to go have dinner in Little Italy. Being the brilliant tour guide that I am, I looked at the map and figured that it couldn't be that far from our hotel. I put on a pair of heels, and we started walking. By the time we got to College Street (the direct route to Little Italy), I noticed that the building numbers were somewhere in the 100s. The restaurant we were going to was at 637 College Street, which means that it was REALLY far. By the time we got to the restaurant, Giovanna Trattoria, we were starving, and there was a 10 minute wait. The place was swamped. We finally got a table in a room that only had one server, and ended up waiting about 45 minutes for the food. We weren't even hungry anymore. When the food came, Pete's veal was more like hamburger, and my pasta thing (that isn't listed on the website and looked like baked spaghetti) was disgusting. The server was rude, they did not apologize for the food taking so long, and we ended up just asking for the check and leaving. Also, wine was expensive. The only wine you could buy by the glass was the cheap house wine, and everything else was by the bottle. -

Close to Miami's Midtown and new Design District, Soyka Cafe brings a big city feel to an otherwise developing urban area. Soyka is housed in an unimpressive building, but once you walk inside, it is transformed into an open, airy, loft style restaurant. There are exposed pipes and beams, original lighting and windows, and two beautiful terraces that are open for dining.
My friends and I met there for brunch on a Sunday, and it was packed. The staff seated us quickly, and we were given a menu that included brunch, lunch, and dinner items. We were able to order from all three. I had the aged balsamic chicken, which was served with tomatoes, spinach, and grilled vegetables ($13). My boyfriend ate a turkey club (not sure on the price). Everything was excellent, even if it was a little pricey for lunch (a mimosa cost us $8). Our friends ordered breakfast food, french toast and blintzes, and enjoyed them. A small cup of orange juice was $4. We had a great time, and it seems like it would be a fun place to take friends on a weekend, or to go on a date. I highly recommend it, just watch out for the drink prices, because some of them aren't listed!

This place was great. It was fast casual style (they gave you a number and then brought the food to your table). The meat was served on a skewer, and then you could pick what you wanted underneath the meat (a salad, cous cous, etc). It was definitely reasonably priced for lunch, and would be a great place to hang out with friends. I wish they would open one up in Florida! -

I began eyeing this restaurant from my hotel on the first day of a business trip, and was pleasantly surprised. I had the fresh mozarella pizza ($10.75) and a pilsner, which was pretty good for a light beer. It seems like this place can get a little on the expensive side, but the service was good, and it was a great place to meet up with my friend and catch up. Not too casual but casual enough! -

Claddagh Cottage looks a little shady from the outside (because it's in a strip mall, be careful not to miss it!), but on the inside, it feels like you've been transported to Ireland. Irish beer is on draft, and although the drafts are a little expensive (somewhere around $3), it's definitely worth the trip to play some darts and take a look at the menu. The menu is limited to Irish fare, and not as extensive as Fiddler's, but you can't beat the price. I had the Irish Beef Stew and it was very hearty. If the bar gets busy, don't be surprised if the service is a little slow. -

I highly recommend it for those of you who have grown out of the acne cleansers like I have (they strip my face dry). -

If you check your newspaper ads on Sundays, Ulta always has coupons in there. You can also sign up for coupons once you get on their mailing list. Also, watch out for the salon prices, it seems to be a lot more expensive than your generic salon, at least here in Orlando. But it's a great place to find makeup! -
St. Ives works well as a weekly cleansor, but I wouldn't recommend it for every day u use. It broke out my skin, I think because it was a little oily.

Like any acne treatment, this one is hit or miss depending on your skin type. I used it religiously in college (along with the rest of my friends), and it worked great. Once I went on birth control, I didn't need it anymore and went off of it. When I went off birth control, I started with it again, and it broke my face out into a terrible rash. Just little itchy bumps all over my face. As soon as I quit using ProActiv, the rash went away. So it's definitely worth a try, but always be careful when it comes to your skin. I sent it back (I ordered it off the website), and they gave me a full refund within a few weeks. The money back guarantee is great. -
