We loved this toy from the moment my daughter opened it up for Christmas. However, 2 days later the audio was gone out of it. It wasnt from mistreatment or anything, just poof and gone. When I contacted the store since it was an exclusive, they had none left to replace it with and I had to contact the manufacturer. That was a whole other nightmare.    -
